Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Spring Creek
We had such a great experience! After a really helpful meet-and-greet, we boarded our 10-month old puppy, Ruby, with them for a week. They paid a lot of attention to her specific needs and preferences, and treated her like a member of their own family. We received daily messages with pictures to let us know how she was getting along. I'd highly recommend this family for boarding or petsitting and hope they can watch Ruby next time we are away!

Our two dogs found a home away from home with Mike and his family. Our male is not quite a year old and is very expressive with lots of emotion. Our female is 8 years old and has a harder time boarding at a kennel. We needed someone who understands dogs and who can give the outdoor space and family environment that helps them stay calm and happy. Mike was understanding and supportive of both dogs. He knew from experience how to handle both personalities. Our vacation was more relaxing knowing the dogs were in good hands, and it was fun seeing the pictures Mike would send. We really appreciate Mike and his family opening their home to our pets.

Joanna did a great job watching my little dog while we were on an 8 night vacation. She gave me updates with photos of Petunia having a blast, which were reassuring since we’ve never been away from our pup that long. It’s also especially nice that Joanna’s job is flexible so she can stay home with the dog she sits or potentially bring the dog to her office. This is great for dogs who aren’t used to being home alone all day. Joanna was also quite flexible when I had to drop Petunia off a day early due to a change in flight timing, which was super appreciated.

We cannot say enough about how happy we were with the care Taylor and Joseph provided for our little guy. Koda came home SO happy and exhausted from playing with their sweet and adorable pup, (his new best friend) Mac! We were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing that Koda was in excellent hands. They made sure all of his needs were met, including that his medication was administered properly, plus they gave him plenty of love! We received several photos and updates on how he was doing. Their home is immaculate, the fenced in yard is perfect, and they are truly wonderful people. I highly recommend them!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
