Joanna did a great job watching my little dog while we were on an 8 night vacation. She gave me updates with photos of Petunia having a blast, which were reassuring since we’ve never been away from our pup that long. It’s also especially nice that Joanna’s job is flexible so she can stay home with the dog she sits or potentially bring the dog to her office. This is great for dogs who aren’t used to being home alone all day. Joanna was also quite flexible when I had to drop Petunia off a day early due to a change in flight timing, which was super appreciated.
My booking experience with Afraaz was great from the time I arranged the booking until I picked up my cat. Any questions I had prior to the booking were answered promptly. My cat does not socialize well with other cats, and she had a lovely room all to herself. Afraaz was helpful in getting her set up and settled in her temporary home.
