What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. He stayed there for a week and had dog friends to play with every day. She rotates the dogs through the house so they still get "house time" during their stay, too, which I greatly appreciated. We got daily updates with pictures. When my dog started showing signs of anxiety, she reached out to let me know and suggested a solution right in the same message, sparing me stress and the need to come up with a solution myself. We chose the boarding option, and Nimer had the best time at Joan's house, sleeping on her bed, playing in the cat tunnels, and climbing the cat trees. He also got along so well with her ferrets! Her house is free of any harmful products and is a safe space for just about any pet. Nimer will definitely be coming back when we go on our next trip. Highly recommend!”

Jax was awesome! Hank is 1.5 years old, and this was our first time leaving him since having him. We were of course nervous leaving him. However Jax instantly put us at ease giving us tons of pictures and updates. He made lots of doggie friends, and was treated like a family member.
