He was also very prepared and provided us with a short list of things to bring for the boys, which made the drop-off process easy and straightforward. Emanuel was communicative throughout their stay and regularly sent us photos, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the pictures that Kiss and Harley had a wonderful time running around and playing outdoors, and they definitely came home tired out! They were also both happily excited to leave with Emanuel at drop-off, which gave us a lot of reassurance that they were comfortable with him.
