“Zach recently stayed with our girl juniper and he was so good to her. He updated me daily about her. He could tell juniper was missing us and was doing whatever he could to help comfort her. He kept her very active while staying too letting me know he’d take her on walks or to his parents house so she could play with their neighbors dog. He had very great communication. He also was great to our house and kept it nice and clean. My husband and I would absolutely book with Zach again. This was also out first time using rover and Zach really just helped us feel comfortable with leaving our junie with him.”

“This was my first time hiring Becky for my two senior dogs. I was nervous because one of my dogs gets special food and medications. She is also pretty sensitive and emotional, so when we go away, she is sometimes very depressed. Becky was able to win both dogs over quickly and everything went great! Communication was stellar with messages and photos a couple times per day. That was much appreciated. 😍 Becky was respectful and easy to work with. She stayed at our house during the days we were gone and everything was very tidy and clean when we returned. I was really relieved and happy that our first time with this sitter worked out. “Melissa is a PHENOMENAL Rover. Above and beyond. We've probably used 8-9 rovers across 3 states over the past 6 years and she is one of the best. Took the girls on extra long exercise down to their favorite beach and cleaned them off afterwards, took our trash out to the curb even when I forgot to ask, kept everything clean and checked in regularly. Even started wash with guest room sheets before she left. Most importantly, Happy happy dogs. Pictures of Tova (our more aloof pup) snuggling Melissa Day 1 spoke volumes. About: I have 10+ years of experience taking care of neighbors, family, coworkers, as well as my own pets. I learn each animals routine and try to make them as happy as they can be while their owners are away. I’m experienced with dogs of varying breeds, sizes, energy levels, and ages. I have taken care of dogs that have just been born to dogs that need special medicine and nightly baths to be comfortable. I make sure that pets are safe and happy and will follow any instructions very closely. I can provide updates and pictures to the owners to give peace of mind. I can make sure pets have constant care by giving them the right amount of exercise, playtimes, and check ins that they need. While in a clients home I can focus on maintaining the pets routine. About: I’ve been a volunteer at two different animal shelters, including Olympia‘s Joint Animal Services. I’ve worked with everything from tiny 4 week old kittens to elderly dogs, and I’m comfortable delivering some medications. As a former teacher and current volunteer educator I’ve passed many background checks. I’ve taken care of my own pets and those of family and friends my whole life, and I love getting to know new fur friends. I am currently working part time as a consultant so my pet care schedule is very flexible. I am available most weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Meeting someone new can be stressful for an animal, so I meet your pets with patience and attention to their needs. I strive to be a calm and safe presence although I am also happy to have fun and match their energy if they are looking to be playful.
