“Becky was really wonderful with our two dogs when we took a short vacation. My little adult chihuahua rescues 💕 loved her at first sight. The second time was for my dogs to be comfortable with her. I highly recommend using Becky!”

About: I'm a highly experienced petsitter based in Olympia, Washington! I have 3 wonderful years of housesitting and dog walking/drop in experience, with 50+ completed pet sits to speak of. I am certified in pet cpr and first aid through CPR Seattle, and I am fully insured through PCI (Pet Care Insurance). I form a unique bond with every single animal I work with, and I get to know them patiently, as I would my own pet. I provide entertainment through all of their favorite activities. Be it through fetch, toy time, or extra attention & snuggles, I always attain close friendship with the animals I watch, which in turn creates outstanding levels of satisfaction from pet parents. I also posess an in-depth understanding of canine and feline body language. I especially encourage parents of senior and/or special needs pets to reach out, as I have the most experience working with older furbabies. I also have plenty of experience working with high-energy dogs. If your dog needs daily stimulation, excercise, or extra pee breaks while you are away, I’m very interested in fulfilling those needs! I currently offer Dog Walks, Drop ins, and Housesitting, in the Olympia, Lacey, and Shelton areas. I also offer services to neighboring towns not formally mentioned here. On top of Dog and Cat care, I also have personal experience caring for rodents, birds, reptiles, and fish. I am a former Oh My Dog employee. The business unfortunately had to close down, but I am continuing to offer my services to all clients through Rover. My availability is very flexible. My availability currently ranges from anytime between 6 am and 10 pm, any day of the week. Booking times may slightly vary, but this is my full-time job, so I will almost always be able to fit your needs into my schedule. When the sit is completed, you will return home to an overjoyed animal, and a spotless home. I ensure to leave no trace of having ever been there to visit your pet. I wash, dry, and put away any dishes that were utilized, ensure that locks remain locked 100% of the time, and clean up any and all spills that occur in my presence. I wash and dry bedsheets and make the bed, and I bring packages and mail into the home regularly as well.
“I've used Halle's housesitting services twice now, and have had a fabulous experience with her both times. It is so nice to come home to a clean house and a happy dog!”

“Maggie was great! She was able to come last minute to hang out with my dogs while we went to Seattle for a concert. My dogs were happy to have someone with them and Maggie sent a couple of pics afterwards, which was much appreciated! Will definitely hire again in the future!”

“Vanessa is amazing :) Our girl, Ladybug, was very well cared for during our week away! I felt confident she was in very good hands. Vanessa was on top of communication and sent me really great photos of our happy pup to keep us updated. We’ll invite her back as a sitter again for sure!”

South Westside pet parents share their Rover experiences
Erica was amazing with our 3 dogs, even gaining the trust of one of them that is super shy and fearful of most people. Her calm energy made an impact on our dogs and they were calmer than when we’ve left them in other boarding places. Erica was great about following their routines, we would totally hire her again! Erica was also amazing keeping in contact with us and giving us updates!

Wow! Extraordinary! From the moment we met Lisa at the “meet and greet” and saw how excited Hope was we knew Lisa would be a perfect fit to stay with Hope and our home. Everything was perfect during her stay with Hope. Lisa followed all of our instructions, gave Hope lots of attention and sent us frequent updates with gorgeous photos! We cannot wait until our next trip so Lisa can stay with Hope!

Davis was excellent to work with and took outstanding care of all three of our high energy pups along with helping maintain some of our plants and fish tanks. He was very responsive and sent plenty of updates and photos of everyone having a great time. Despite our pups usually feeling anxious and sad while we are away, Davis was able to make them feel comfortable and happy the entire time. I'm very grateful we found such an excellent sitter, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

Jackie (Kirsten) was an excellent choice for our dog while we were on vacation. She was friendly and really a natural when interacting with our nervous dog. We felt confident that it was a good fit, and we were correct. Jackie communicated with us via email and sending photos daily. We came home to a happy dog. We plan on using her services in the future!

We had a good experience with Madisyn! The house was left spotless and communication throughout the stay was great — she sent updates, pictures and was easy to reach. Our one note is that she was out quite late one evening, which we weren't expecting. I'd recommend discussing schedules and expectations upfront, as she is a popular sitter with other jobs. I would still consider booking again, as we discussed that issue and she was very responsive. Thanks, Madisyn!

Chloe has been sitting our dogs for years now. She is so good with our dogs. She does so much extra for them and she loves them and they love her! I never have to worry when they are with her. She sends me pics and videos of them and gives me updates. She’s amazing and we will always use her when we can! Thank you Chloe!

Anita took very good care of my dog and cat. She gave the cat plenty of space and was patient with her introvert ways. Nova even started to hang out in the same area as Anita towards the end of her stay. Anita was injured right before our booking but did not cancel and was positive and upbeat about it. I really appreciate the care she gave our pets. The house was clean and in order when we returned. I would not hesitate to ask Anita to stay with Abby and Nova again.

Well Roberta knocked it out of the park according to Chidi and Ellie. On time, present, and engaged... no meals missed, no treats too small, walks in the park and ball chasing in the back yard. Roberta did it all and kept us on our toes! Thank you for a great week while Dad was away, we much appreciate it!
