âRobin was very professional. More importantly she was warm and compassionate with my pets. She took great care of them, communicated with me daily and left my home clean and tidy. I will definitely request her again.â

âAmazing! Kind, responsible, responsive, attentive...Madison made every effort to make sure leaving my dogs and my home in her care for 8 days was without any stress. She came to my home 4 times in advance before my trip to meet me, my dogs and give me the peace of mind I needed to leave and relax knowing I had a trustworthy caregiver there to manage my husky and lab. Hands down, the best person to be in your home with your pets. She's remarkable. The pictures and daily check ins were so great. I wish I could give her ten stars!!!!â

âJohanna was great! Our rescue, Charlie definitely deals with some dog reactivity and fear aggression after a previous attack had him lose most trust with other pets. Johanna kept our high energy pup well exercised and sent updates all throughout the week, even highlighting his goofy habits. Johanna is good with communication and sends the detailed messages you hope to hear as a pet owner knowing they are just like family. There was a larger price adjustment after payment but Johanna was extremely respectful asking about it and I understood that Charlie was taking a little extra work than expected to care for. I would recommend her to anyone, Johanna was personable, respectful, and went the extra mile keeping our dog happy while we were gone for the week!â

âZach is an amazing pet sitter. His love for animals is obvious, and he did a great job watching our pets (2 dogs, one cat, and a guppy) while we were out of town. When he came for the meet/greet, he asked good questions and took notes to make sure he knew what each pet needed. When he was watching our pets he sent updates daily, as well as pictures to let us know how they were doing. He was a very active sitter, playing with them, walking them, working on some training with the puppy, and snuggling with them as well. We will absolutely ask him to come back the next time we need a sitter. Thank you, Zach for taking such good care of our pets!â

âBecky was great about sending pics of the dogs and her letting them use her for a pillow. She kept us informed and arrived on time, well a little early which was nice. We will definitely use her again. Thank you Becky.â

âHello Fellow Roverenes! Good news is Diane is wonderful, now a great friend of Chidi and Ellie, and went above and beyond the call of duty when Chidi lacerated his left front ankle pad and needed stitches. Bandaged the leg, got Chidi and Ellie in the car, got them to the pet hospital and settled in, stayed with them to make sure everything was good until I arrived. Thank you Diane!â

âThe puppies Chidi and Ellie are always happy to see Hayleigh for a visit! Cold day on the farm (frost on the lawn, mid-thirties this morning) and Hayleigh kept them warm and dry. Happy dogs, Happy Hayleigh, Happy Dad! Thank you!â

âBrogan stayed with my two dogs for five days as a house sitter. Brogan was great: he sent photos, my girls liked him and he left the house so neat, I had to ask which room he used. I would use him again.â

âKelly did a great job of caring for our dog and kitty. She sent us photos and kept us updated! We felt like our pets were safe and spoiled while we were away. We will be using her again!â

âI cannot thank Vanessa enough for taking care of my boys while I was away. When I came home, my boys seemed very relaxed and well loved on! Vanessa was super understanding of my living situation and felt confident taking care of my 60 lbs pitbull mix. She updated me when it came to their walks, clearly stated her needs and understood my needs as well. Beyond blessed to have found a reliable overnight sitter for my boys.â

âVery responsible and trustworthy young woman. Great communicator. We had her housesit our dog and cat for 3 nights and left the place very clean. Our pets were well taken care of. We appreciated the time she took for a pre-visit so we could do a walk through. It was handy that she lived close by. We will definitely use her service again.â

âI had Laurin watch my house and my dog for five days while I was out of town. My dog needs a lot of attention and I don't have a fenced in yard and I could tell when I came home that he had been well taken care of! Laurin was sweet, very communicative, and overall extremely trustworthy. I'm sure I will hit up again soon!â

âđž Five Stars is Not Enough for Cheryl! đđđđđ We recently hired Cheri. to look after our dog and home while we were away for three days. Our experience exceeded every expectation we had. Leaving our pet, home and belongings in someone else's care can be stressful, but Cheri immediately put us at ease with her warm demeanor. From our initial meeting, Cheri demonstrated a high level of responsibility. She diligently took notes on our petâs specific needs, and our home, including mail handling, trash day, and instructions for our lawn care maintenance service. Hereâs why we highly recommend Cheryl: ⢠Exceptional Home Care: We returned to a house that was not only immaculate but actually tidier than when we left! She maintained the premises perfectly. We noticed she went the extra mile by folding the laundry in the dryer that was still running when we left. She took the trash bins to the curb and returned them after pick up. ⢠Wonderful Pet Care: Our aging dog was clearly well-loved and happy. Cheri provided regular updates and photos of him, and followed his feeding and medication schedule flawlessly. We could tell she formed a genuine bond with Tucker. ⢠Communication & Reliability: Cheri was a fantastic communicatorâresponsive, proactive, and timely. She kept us informed without needing constant prompting, and handled a delivery that arrived unexpectedly perfectly. ⢠Respectful and Trustworthy: We felt completely comfortable knowing Cheryl was in our home. She treated our property with the utmost respect and followed all our guidelines to the letter. Returning home was genuinely stress-free because everything was exactly as we had left it. If you are looking for a house sitter who is reliable, responsible, and genuinely cares, look no further than Cheryl S. She is the gold standard of house and pet sitting! We will definitely book with her again!â

âMaggie was great! She was able to come last minute to hang out with my dogs while we went to Seattle for a concert. My dogs were happy to have someone with them and Maggie sent a couple of pics afterwards, which was much appreciated! Will definitely hire again in the future!â

âFinding Maddie was such a relief for a nervous cat mom who traveled across the country for Christmas! My kitty isn't the most stranger friendly and can be a bit grumpy but Maddie was so patient with her and made sure she was taken care of! We came home to a happy cat and a clean home â¤ď¸â

âI truly cannot say enough great things about Anita. She is the most comprehensive dog sitter weâve ever had. Never once did we worry if they were well taken care of. Thank you so much Anita.â
Fain Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Johanna was a MARVELOUS sitter! We had just lost one of our kitties to cancer a few days before a long trip. She was incredibly communicative and detailed in her updates to us, with plenty of pictures. She followed our detailed routines to the letter and was just an overall extremely reassuring presence with our babies. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated her.

Alison did a great job of watching our two dogs when we were gone for 10 days. She rearranged her schedule to help us on short notice, which we were ever so grateful. She kept us well-informed and sent us pictures throughout. She responded quickly to any questions we had. She also did a wonderful job of cleaning the house before we came home. I would highly recommend Alison.
Before moving to OIympia in late 2024, we had the same pet sitter / house sitter for at least 20 years. Being in here now, we've wondered who could care for Charlee as well as the old one. And then, we found Madeline! Charlee loved her the moment she walked in for a meet and greet. Now she's spoiled rotten and keeps asking when the amazing, kind, sweet, thoughtful, capable Maddie will come back! (We've already booked her.)

Leeann took wonderful care of our home and animals for 8 days while we were in Belize. She was incredibly communicative, kind, and responsible, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She treated our pets with genuine care and attention, and it was clear they were happy and well looked after. She also left our home spotless. Everything was tidy, clean, and exactly how we left it. We couldnât have asked for a better petsitter and would absolutely trust Leeann again and recommend her without hesitation!
