I’ve been caring for animals for over 6 years and love spending time with pets of all ages. I’ve worked with puppies and kittens (as young as 5–8 weeks old) as well as senior dogs and cats who need extra patience and care. I’m comfortable giving oral medications and supplements to both dogs and cats and following any special routines they may have. I’ve also cared for a variety of personalities and behaviors, including leash-reactive dogs, dogs who are reactive to people or other animals, Velcro cats, and more independent or “spicy” cats. I always approach each pet with patience, consistency, and lots of love so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

While I’m currently unable to host pets in my own home, I make sure your pet feels safe, secure, and comfortable in their familiar environment. I’m happy to meet beforehand so you can get to know me and feel confident leaving your pet in my care—especially for overnight stays or extended visits. I treat every pet like family, following their routines closely and prioritizing their well-being, including administering medications or supplements when needed.

Johanna was great with Oly. I really appreciated the time she spent getting to know all the particulars of Oly's care during our meet and greet and she left excellent detailed summaries of her visits with Oly. Too often sitters will do the bare minimum and not take the few moments to write a recap or take great pics, but Johanna went above and beyond. Oly will get many more walks with Johanna!
Johanna was marvelous once again. She kept us up-to-date on our dog with e-maiks and photos. Everything in our home was handled perfectly. She is the best!
Cats loved her and the attention she gave them. She let us know whenever something came up. She asks questions that help a lot for everyone.
Johanna was extremely easy to work with. Very communicative! Sent lots of pictures which I appreciate and seemed to bond with all our animals pretty quickly. She takes caring for our animals very seriously. And I’ve already booked her again! Highly recommend!
Johanna was absolutely wonderful while caring for Kylo. She was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring during every drop-in visit. It was clear that she took the time to make sure Kylo was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was her excellent communication. She sent daily updates along with pictures, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to see how well Kylo was doing while I was away.
Johanna goes above and beyond every time she cares for our three dogs, and we couldn't ask for a better dog sitter! She adapts to the personalities and needs of all our girls, from our energetic puppy to our velcro dog who needs lots of love. Johanna's photos and detailed updates show just how attentive and conscientious she is of each of our pups, and I always feel reassured that she is providing excellent care for them while we are away from home. So grateful to have found such a reliable sitter!

Zeitplan
Pet care fits very well into my routine. I work part-time as a caregiver for my father, but I’m only needed if his other caregivers call out, which happens very rarely. This means my schedule is very open and flexible, and I can easily adjust to fit your pet’s needs—whether that’s walks, feedings, playtime, or any special care.
