She sent us pupdates and we came home to the house better than the way we left it! She asked all the right questions and I felt reassured that our two doxies were in the right hands. He communicated with us throughout the entire booking, which made the trip stress-free for us. Our two dogs are very high-energy, so we were worried that a sitter may be overwhelmed, but Bryan made sure they were occupied and engaged the entire stay. Bandaged the leg, got Chidi and Ellie in the car, got them to the pet hospital and settled in, stayed with them to make sure everything was good until I arrived. Thank you Diane!”
