Good news is Diane is wonderful, now a great friend of Chidi and Ellie, and went above and beyond the call of duty when Chidi lacerated his left front ankle pad and needed stitches. Bandaged the leg, got Chidi and Ellie in the car, got them to the pet hospital and settled in, stayed with them to make sure everything was good until I arrived. Thank you Diane!”

“Johanna was great! Our rescue, Charlie definitely deals with some dog reactivity and fear aggression after a previous attack had him lose most trust with other pets. Johanna kept our high energy pup well exercised and sent updates all throughout the week, even highlighting his goofy habits. Johanna is good with communication and sends the detailed messages you hope to hear as a pet owner knowing they are just like family. There was a larger price adjustment after payment but Johanna was extremely respectful asking about it and I understood that Charlie was taking a little extra work than expected to care for. I would recommend her to anyone, Johanna was personable, respectful, and went the extra mile keeping our dog happy while we were gone for the week!”

“Melissa is a PHENOMENAL Rover. Above and beyond. We've probably used 8-9 rovers across 3 states over the past 6 years and she is one of the best. Took the girls on extra long exercise down to their favorite beach and cleaned them off afterwards, took our trash out to the curb even when I forgot to ask, kept everything clean and checked in regularly. Even started wash with guest room sheets before she left. Most importantly, Happy happy dogs. Pictures of Tova (our more aloof pup) snuggling Melissa Day 1 spoke volumes. Will absolutely book with her whenever we can. 10/10”

“Becky did great with our highly reactive/protective Decker Rat Terriers. I was super anxious that all Cooper would do is freak out and bark at her for the entire four days we were gone and she was house sitting for us. He was all calmed down in a couple hours and was totally normal and sleeping with his head in her lap by the end of the first day. House was clean and she brought my very heavy UPS delivery up to the house, which I didn't expect at all. Highly recommend!”
