They both had the kindest eyes and took Mar on a long walk and sent lots of pictures and updates! I will definitely be asking them to watch Marley again! Thanks guys!

Olivia and Tyler were great! They took care of our sweet girl kind of last minute. Took fantastic care of the house while we were away. Would recommend and use again! Thank you 😊

Olivia was an incredible sitter who took exceptional care of our two chihuahuas. I was quite nervous about leaving our little ones for the first time, but Olivia's reassuring updates and genuine enthusiasm made the experience so much more comfortable. We are truly grateful for all the kindness and care she showed while looking after our furry family members. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of them!

Olivia and Tyler were always super responsive and gave my dog lots of love and snuggles! I was lucky to be able to find them at the last minute and will definitely be using them again next time I’m in Oly!

I have never signed up for kenneling or daycare of any kind, so I didn’t know what to expect. They told me to pack Lucy a bag with her favorite toys, food, and treats and her bed. The first day (Saturday) seemed fine. They were flexible with 10 am drop off and 10 pm pick up. I got a few pictures throughout the day and when I got Lucy home, she seemed pretty tired and I figured she had been played with a lot. On the second day (Sunday), the drop off time was the same however, pick up time was going to be much earlier, as the event I was attending was closing ( I had already specified that the event I was attending ended at 5pm.) When I messaged Olivia to remind the time that I would be ready to pick her up, Olivia told me that they were at a Seahawks watching party and they would be back a few hours later than expected (8pm) and asked if this was okay. I checked the AirTag that I had put on Lucy’s harness and it was way out in the Long Branch Island near the airport. They had not told me of their plans to take her anywhere let alone on a different island and I was quite taking a back! I said fine as there was really nothing I could do as they were already out there. But frankly, I expect transparency if you’re gonna take my dog somewhere, you should ask first, and to take Lucy that far away made me very nervous. I told them to let me know when they were back and I could come pick her up. They then said it would be 9 PM as the game went over. I decided to wait outside the apartment in the place where we had previously met for drop offs and pick up. There was a red car that parked alongside me and the driver looked over and acknowledged me but then someone in the passenger seat was clearly talking to them and they suddenly sped off. Why wouldn’t they just park in the area where they knew I was unless they didn’t want me to see her get out of the car for some reason like maybe they put her in the trunk or some weird unsafe way of transportation?? Once I finally got Lucy back I started unpacking her things and found her AirTag that was supposed to be in her harness was REMOVED and put with the food bowls in her bag of stuff. I messaged and asked why they had removed the AirTag from her harness and she said that it had fallen off and they didn’t know how to put it back. My dog’s harness has a special pocket that is hard to open so they would have had to work to get it out. I’m very upset that they removed the AirTag. What purpose would they have to do that?? I also looked closer at her toys and I noticed there wasn’t any slobber or crusty marks on them. I had washed them the day before her scheduled daycare. Being as they rushed back they wouldn’t have time to wash them. They were perfectly clean. To me, this suggests they didn’t actually play with her much, and even her treats I had packed in the bag were barely touched at all after two days. I told them upfront that she has a very sensitive stomach, so I doubt that they would chance giving her something of their own. Again, this was my first daycare experience and I chose them because they had nothing but multiple five star reviews but after this, I will not be doing it again. I don’t think I dealt with Tyler at all, only Olivia.
