About: My family started to take care of different dogs since the beginning of 2024. We live in a single big house, and have back yard fenced for dogs to play, my work is almost remote at home, and my mom is a housewife, we both can spend a lot of time taking care of dogs! Not only did she squeeze me on a late request but also was able to accommodate a meet and greet in such a short span of time to make sure that Mello got along with her dog Max. This was important to me since it's one of my first times leaving Mello with a caregiver that owned a dog and this meant Tomoe truly cared about the mental wellbeing of the dog she watches as well as her own. She was super responsive to texts and reliably sent pictures and videos of Mello throughout the entire day which made me feel so at ease that Mello was having a good time and felt safe! She reliably took and sent pictures of their walks and activities such as car rides, her kids playing and interacting with him, etc and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! “Staying with Hannah was our golden retriever Bree’s first experience on Rover. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy. Hannah and her boyfriend were very patient and responsive, even at times when I was late to both drop off and pick-up. Having our little girl somewhere safe and having fun while we were away was amazing. Bree being tired afterwards from having fun was super helpful for my wife who needs lots of calm rest time.
