About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind for the past 8 years. This includes overnight care, walks, meals, baths, and puppy training. I have a deep love for animals and I’m often called the ‘dog whisperer’ by friends and family. I care about all dogs like they’re my own! I am currently working part-time in healthcare with a very flexible schedule so I will have plenty of time to take care and spend time with your furry friends! Safety is my top priority. I can easily crate your animals or use gentle training to keep them safe. I have a dog with severe allergies so I am very careful with what my pet can have and I will do the same with yours! I know all owners have different routines and rules for their pets, and will always follow your lead. I am very attentive and caring, so I can be a helping hand and minimize any worry while you’re away.

“Sally helped us with drop-in visits for our elderly cat while we were away for a few weeks - she was responsible, communicative and took great care of our kitty and a few other small things in our house! We enjoyed meeting her and appreciated her updates while we were away. Thank you!”

“We know our girls are in great hands whenever Aga is watching them. They see her as an honorary member of our family, and knowing they're with someone they love gives us complete peace of mind whenever we travel!”

“Brittany was amazing. We had recently moved so our animals were still adjusting. Brittany gave us great updates to let us know how they were adapting. She even made extra efforts to try and find our shy kitty. In addition, she brought in numerous packages. Having brittany while we were away was such a relief!”

About: I am a teacher ( and mom) with free time this summer and would love to help care for your dog with walks, play time and overnight care. I have my own 3 year old dog who loves to play with other dogs as well ( but she doesn't have to be included in play or an overnight in your home). Until September I have a flexible schedule and am fairly available weekdays and some weekends with notice. I have an active lifestyle and would enjoy long walks with your dog if needed. I am not offering care in my home at this time. That may change in the future and would depend on the specifics of the dog

“Lindsay was incredible with Sunny. She was very thorough during the meet and greet. She gives detailed updates with great pictures. Overall she goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.”

“Peaches, my little old Yorkie, took to Jess immediately and they enjoyed a nice walk in the neighborhood. I appreciated her promptness in arriving on time, and her photo that she took of Peaches. Highly recommend!”
“Jessica was great! Booked a drop-in with short notice. She was responsive, flexible, and showed a care and understanding for my pooch's well-being as well as any concerns I had”

About: I've cared for and trained dogs and cats since age 6. I'm comfortable working with all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats, and I absolutely love large breeds. I'm currently self-employed, so I have a very flexible schedule. I'll work in my work around your and your dog's schedule. Some weekends, I'm taking my kids to a tennis tournament, so I may not be available, or might need to reschedule. I have a large, furnished basement for your dog to run around in and explore, and there's a large soccer field across the street. If I'm visiting your home, I will work with your layout to insure your dog gets enough activity and has some fun!
About: I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I am comfortable with walking, feeding, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I pay close attention to each pet’s needs, routine, and personality to make sure they are comfortable and happy. I am reliable, patient, and truly enjoy spending time with animals, treating every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine as a student because I keep a consistent schedule and have dedicated time before and after classes for walks, visits, and feeding. I’m also usually more flexible on weekends, which allows me to spend extra time with pets. Since I enjoy being around animals and staying active, taking care of pets is something that easily fits into my day. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always focus on keeping them comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding them on schedule, giving them fresh water, taking them on walks, and making sure they get plenty of playtime and attention. I also make sure they have a clean, safe, and calm environment where they can feel relaxed. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they need extra exercise, quiet time, or lots of affection, and I always keep owners updated so they know their pet is in good hands.

Neighbors and friends trust me with their most beloved companions. I provide attentive, personalized care and regular photo updates to keep owners connected. I work from home, so pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I have flexibility throughout the day for dog walks, feeding sessions, and playtime. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or afternoon play, I can accommodate your schedule and your dog's needs. My work from home setup means consistent, reliable care without gap. My home is a safe, welcoming space for dogs. I have a fenced yard where dogs can play and exercise safely. I'm experienced managing multiple dogs with different personalities and energy levels. All dogs in my care are supervised closely, with access to water, rest areas, and outdoor time. I maintain a calm, secure environment and follow each owner's specific instructions for feeding, medication, and behavior. Your dog will be treated with the same love and attention I give my own pets.

About: I’ve grown up around pets and animals and am very comfortable with them. I raised a lab when I was a teenager and love cats too. Currently available any day and time. All weekdays are available and I’m usually free on the weekends. Happy to help take care of the pets I am very patient and like to play with the pets. I want to make sure they have enrichment and exercise time. I am great with cats and dogs
“Very kind and eager to be a good pet friend to my two cats while I was away. Also conscientious, making sure all was well with a cat who is more shy these days. House was as I left it!”

About: I’m an experienced animal-care professional with hands-on experience supporting the daily care and facility operations of a high-volume rescue housing more than 100 dogs. My responsibilities included coordinating feeding schedules and outdoor rotations, maintaining clean and safe environments, assisting with dog handling, and helping prospective adopters during meet-and-greets. I understand that every dog has a different personality, comfort level, energy level, and routine. I prioritize safe handling, patience, clear communication, and following each owner’s instructions carefully. I’m comfortable working with dogs of different sizes and temperaments, while always being honest about whether a particular pet is a good match for my experience. I recently moved to Natick and am available for local dog walks and drop-in visits. I will provide dependable arrival updates, photos, and a detailed report after every visit so you know how your pet is doing. I currently have a flexible, open schedule and am available throughout the week for daytime and early evening visits. I plan to continue offering dog walks and drop-in care alongside my future work schedule. I provide care in and around each client’s home, following the owner’s instructions closely for feeding, water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and household access. I prioritize safe handling, secure leashes and doors, clear communication, and detailed photo updates after each visit.

About: I am new to Rover, but I grew up with both cats and dogs and genuinely love both equally. As I’ve gotten older and needed pet sitters of my own, I appreciate the trust that goes into making sure your pet is taken care of while you’re not home. I recently made a career shift from medical device sales to pursuing veterinary medicine as this is something I’m passionate about. Your pets will get the same care and attention to detail that I give my own. I’m going back to school so I have a good amount of flexibility. I’m here to help make sure your pet stays on as close to a normal schedule as possible! I appreciate detailed instructions and the most important thing to me is making sure I give your pet exactly what you need me to give them. Need the food weighed and some meds administered? Got it. Need me to sprint around with them so they can burn some energy? No problem. Whatever you need from me, no matter how unique the request may be to you, I’ve got it.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
