About: I have been in the veterinary field since 2011. I have been a kennel assistant, a lead technician and is now serving as a Program Analyst for USDA-APHIS. Ive obtained my Associate's Degree in Specialized Veterinary Technology along with my Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science, Bachelor’s of Science in Laboratory Animal Science with a minor in Chemistry. I was so happy with how patient and compassionate Megan was with him. She was extremely reliable and a great communicator, and was able to make sure he got his insulin on time everyday. About: I am a retired teacher, ready to just enjoy animals. Our very long lived pets have include kitties and dogs, including large breeds, like Rottweilers am I current fur baby Bella, who is a Yorkshire terrier.Spot the old gentleman lived for 20 years. He was under constant medical care in 2020 when he couldn’t get to the vet. He was medicated and he receives subcutaneous fluids from me. I also performed injections for his medicine once a day and his pill pills twice a day. I am available most days of the week so if I show that I’m off, it’s probably for a short doctor’s appointment or errand that I have. Let me know. I’m available work days and most weekends. Call to see if I’m available for special overnights care or medical care. If your dog has an appointment, I would gladly help you. If I show that I am not available it’s usually because I scheduled an appointment those days for myself. Pets or care for in my home in West Sacramento. A dog park is nearby as is a regular park for fragile dogs. One little Yorkie present and adults only.

My husband and I both work in the area & are close just in case of emergencies. Your pet will never be in direct contact or left unattended with any of our livestock. Fenced area around home is strictly reserved for pets in our care. We utilize the area for enrichment activities as well as training opportunities. Our furry visitors love the large area where they can play and stay safe. We like to focus on one animal at a time during outside play to ensure safety as well as quality.

About: I absolutely love All dogs. Completely comfortable will ALL sizes and breeds! Ive had and taken care of dogs my whole life! I have a fenced in yard in a lovely neighborhood. I have rasied large medium and small dogs so i have experience with many diffrent breeds. Having that experience also has allowed me to work with non neutered/spayed and neutered/spayed. I hate to say it but animals can get in altercations and I have no problem stepping in and seperating the animals. Their safety comes first. I am well versed with fur babies that have separation anxiety and have had quite a few come for day care so I could help with their separation anxiety and ease them of it as well! I know some great training techniques and can help show you how to continue on at home! I am a full time home maker so your best friend will not be lonely! I do have a 9 year old so your pup can also have the joy of playing with a child (unless told otherwise). My home is avery high energy household and we are capable of playing with all kinds of breeds. Currently i have 2 friendly German shepherds, Obi-wan kenobi who is 10 and princess leia who is 4. I offer boarding, long term boarding, house sitting, daycare and drop in visits! Since I am a stay at home mom your pups needs will be catered to as if they were my own child! My schedule is wide open and flexible with the exception of my sons school schedule for drop offs and pick ups and the occasional grocery store run! About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 8 years old. I’ve owned multiple dogs my whole life and they are my favorite animals. My neighbors and friends trust me to take care of their pets when they are away. I’m currently working a very flexible part time job, so I have plenty of time to hangout and take care of my dog and other dogs. I am also very athletic and am always going on runs with my dog. I have a medium sized fenced in backyard and a 6 year old playful lab to keep your pup company. The bay trail is right behind my house so taking the dogs on walks is super safe!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
