About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and have never known a home without a dog. Since I was little, I’ve helped care for dogs of all kinds by feeding them, walking them, playing with them, and making sure they feel loved and cared for. What sets me apart is that I truly enjoy spending time with animals and building trust with both pets and their owners. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’m dedicated to giving each one the attention, patience, and care they deserve. Pet care isn’t just part of my routine, it’s part of my everyday life! As a dog owner and animal lover, my days already revolve around feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure my pups are happy and comfortable. Because caring for pets is what I love most, turning it into a business felt natural. I enjoy building relationships with dogs and giving them plenty of attention, love, and care while their owners are away. I’d be excited to welcome your pup into my routine, too! Every dog I care for becomes part of the family! I treat each pup with the same love, attention, and care that I give my own dogs. I’ll stick to their routine, keep them happy and comfortable, give them plenty of playtime and cuddles, and make sure all their needs are met. I care for every pet the way I’d hope someone would care for mine, with lots of love, patience, and tail-wagging fun.

About: I grew up on a farm and have been taking care of pets for family and friends for almost a decade! Including: dogs (big and small), and cats (old and young). I can feed and water your pets, administer medicine, clean up after them, and provide loving attention and play. I currently have 2 precious cats and would treat yours as if they were one of my own. I work part-time, and with advanced noticed I can choose my workdays/work from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I can care for your pets in your home/yard. I’m comfortable with pets that free roam the house/yard as well as with those who need to be crated and let out or taken on walks.

About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. Insects, reptiles, rats, especially cats and dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the ASPCA for a year! I have experience with almost all animals, and I’d love to help take care of yours! I take care of two pets of my own, but currently don’t have a stable job. My days are open! Might as well do what I love and get payed for it. XD I have a calm smaller dog, and a cat who LOVES dogs (she’s strange I know). I live right next to a huge park and walking trail.

About: Hi! My name is Faith Tupin and I am a substitute Paraeducator in the Davis school district, babysitter and grad school student. I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and sheep. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter off and on for a few years and was in 4-H for many years. I have experience with extremely large dogs to tea cup chihuahuas, three legged dogs, dogs needing end of life care (medication administration, pet inhalers), puppies who haven’t been house trained and even service animals. I was taught how to do CPR on dogs even though i’ve never had to put my skills to use. I am active and I love long walks. I am also very clean and will make sure your house looks great when I leave. I currently am working part time and am also able to make my own schedule. This allows me to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities. I always talk to the owners to ensure that I am following their routine and keeping an eye out for any bad habits the dog may have- chewing on cords, digging by fences. I am aware of what food is toxic to dogs and never leave it out. I avoid other dogs on walks and look out for unknown food on the sidewalks that they may be tempted to eat.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to my 6 y/o pandemic pup. I grew up around dogs and have spent years helping care for family dogs. As a dog mom myself, I understand how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for them. I know firsthand that sometimes it takes a village, and I love being able to help fellow pet parents feel confident that their dogs are safe, happy, and loved while they're cared for! I know being away from their owners can be stressful for some pets, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, care, playtime, walks, and patience while also respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off. I am no able to own pets where I live, so I would love to be able to care for yours. Thank You, Megan I am available multiple days a week to walk and drop-in care for pets. My work schedule changes each week but I am able to scheduled services a week in advance. I would care for a pet at a client's home. I do not have a yard but would be happy to travel to the pet's home to socialize and make sure that they are feeling safe and comfortable.

“Jenna took amazing care of our dog Whiskey while my partner and I were on vacation for two weeks. Whiskey was staying with my parents but we needed someone to give her some exercise. Beyond giving Whiskey her regular walks, Jenna was a great communicator, and also went above and beyond. On her second walk, Jenna noticed that Whiskey seemed a bit off. (She had just had a foxtail removed a few days prior). Jenna went out of her way to communicate what was going on and even called Whiskey's vet to make sure there was no medication she had been given that might be causing tiredness or confusion. All ended up being fine, but I really appreciated that Jenna was so attentive, and it made my partner and I feel very reassured that Whiskey was being taken great care of while we were out of town. About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, some reptiles, and the occasional horse for over 15 years. I’m observant and will readily communicate any concerns regarding pets’ health and/or behavior. I’ve been to get even shy pets engaged and even “chatting” with me :) I’m an instructor and graduate student at UC Davis. I work part-time and prefer to work with animals as a side gig :) I have pretty open availability, outside of the afternoons that I am teaching. While I do not offer boarding due to my own cats’ needs, I am happy to come to your home and carefully follow entry instructions. About: With over 20 years of dedicated pet experience, I have developed a deep understanding and profound love for animals of all kinds. My journey began with adopting my first dog, a lively mixed breed, which ignited my passion for animal welfare. Over the years, my home has been a sanctuary for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles (upon occasion). I work from home most of the week, so I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of other working professionals that are looking for a reliable, passionate pet sitter to take their fur babies on walks (or runs) while keeping them within their familiar environment. Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to welcome any pets in my house. I have fur babies of my own that I do not wish to upset their home life.

About: I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember. Currently, my pride and joy is Peppa, my Jack Russell. Since she needs about two hours of play and walking a day, she’s gotten me into the groove in terms of supporting even the most energetic of pets. I’m attentive, communicative, and flexible with varying needs and preferences. I can administer oral medication and things like ear drops, but have less experience caring for dogs with exceptionally high needs. I’m also very LGBTQIA friendly and a poet, so I can write you a poem about your pet if you want 🐱🐶❣️ I’m extremely flexible date-wise! I work part time (a couple hours a day, two times a week) as an instructor at UC Davis, and otherwise work from home as a technical writer, where I set my own schedule. When caring for pets in your home, I take the utmost care to follow whatever rules and expectations you communicate to me. I will keep your home secure, clean, and high vibrational. Your pet’s well-being is my number one priority, and keeping their habitat in tip top shape is a huge part of that!

About: I have taken care of two cats since 2023, and have lived with two dogs in my family home since 2020. I absolutely love dogs and cats, and am willing to care for your pets with the same attention that I give my own animals! Growing up with different pets from fish, crabs, parakeets and hamsters is where my love for animals comes from and am excited to express that love in a way that is helpful to the community around me! I've lived in Davis for the past 5 years and as a former Unitrans employee, this opportunity seems like the best way for me to continue giving my efforts back to the city of Davis and its people! My schedule is very flexible currently and am able to help your pet throughout the day if need be! I am mobile and am able to make multiple visits to your animal in a single day, as well as take them on multiple trips and/or walks if need be. I prefer to take care of your animals in the space that they are comfortable in, and will be respectful of your home and property for the time I am in your space. I am able to play with, take on walks, feed, and take care of any other tasks your pet may need!
