About: I have experience with pet sitting other animals including chickens, hamsters, and am a quick and adaptive learner!! Enjoyer of the outdoors and being out in the community. I work part time often early in the mornings and have a lot of time the rest of the day. My schedule does change from week to week but clear communication will always be maintained. I am extremely respectful of others’ homes and belongings. Depending on the service I will always confirm and set clear boundaries for both myself and the client.

About: I've had multiple dogs all my life (all shelter rescues of all sizes and temperaments) and cared for them up into their senior years. From unique feeding routines to walks/runs in the early morning, to fetch, tug-of-war, midday potty breaks, and cuddles, I've done it all! I've also raised and fostered several litters of rescue kittens to be adopted, from bottlefeeding to litterbox training and handling practice. I am well learned in cleaning litterboxes, prepping midday snacks, and providing love and attention for kitties of all ages. I provide runs and walks for various dogs several days a week and house-sit on occasion during the summer. I also drop in to play with, feed, or entertain dogs whose families are away for long periods of time during the day. Because each pet is unique, I ensure clear communication of expectations from the pet's family prior to any walking or sitting. I always carefully monitor pets for signs of stress, discomfort, or injury and am prepared to take action in the event of emergencies. I maintain regular communication with pet families when they're out of town (send pictures and updates of their pets) and organize my weekly walking schedule frequently to ensure convenience for both me and the client. About: We are excellent dog, cat, bird, poultry, reptile, and fish caretakers as we have raised most of these, and a few years ago, we had a thriving Rover business taking care of folks' animal babies. We can take care of medications if your pet needs: We have administered medicine to most of the animals on our list, including oral medication for a rooster and injections for a snake. We have had some experience in training our current dog as a service animal. While we have not had the chance to care for farm animals on our own, we love them and have had experience being around them (horses, sheep, goats, cows, pigs, alpaca). Animals, plants, gardens, farms, and home-care are all in our wheelhouse and are the foundations to our lives. If you are looking to have your fur baby stay with us, we have a large home with a fenced backyard. Our German Shepherd loves to play with other dogs, and we take him and our guests to local dog parks or fenced fields to play ball and or frisbee. We take care of our guests exactly how we want our pup to be taken care of! I work part time remotely and part time I will need to be in the field. What that means is a lot of the time, I will be in the home, hanging with your furry, feathered, or scaly baby, working on my laptop. During the times I need to work outside of the home, my 19 year old daughter (who has been doing Rover with me since she was 11) will give the best care in my place. I have a thriving Airbnb business in my home for over a decade, so I have a ton of experience and mindset on home-care: I treat other folks' pets and homes as well as I treat my own. I make it point to keep my clients connected via photos and updates. If I am providing boarding in my home, our 4 year old German Shepherd will love to play with your pup. If I am providing sitting in your home, then my pup will stay home unless requested for a playmate in your home.

Growing up, I helped care for my family’s Golden Retriever, which gave me experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, and providing daily care. I currently own a cat of my own, so I am very familiar with feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel comfortable and loved. I am comfortable with all aspects of pet care, including feeding, walking, playtime, cleaning up after pets, giving updates to owners, and following specific care instructions. I currently work part-time at an ice cream shop, but I have flexible availability throughout the week. I am generally more available during the daytime on weekdays and can provide drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends. I always communicate my availability in advance and only accept bookings that I can fully commit to, ensuring your pet receives reliable and attentive care. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care needs. During drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and plenty of attention and playtime. I treat every home with respect and provide photo and message updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy caring for your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets (fish, dogs, hamsters) and have since expanded my love for animals by dog sitting and cat sitting for friends and family in the neighborhood. I am offering dog walking, sitting and other pet care services for whatever furry friend you need! I’m excited to get started with Rover and build community connections in Davis! I am currently a UC Davis student looking for a part-time way to make extra money and spend more time outside and with animals! I love going on long walks and hanging out at the dog park, or just entertaining your pet at home. I live in an apartment with an unfenced yard. When I dog sit for friends, I make sure to give regular potty breaks every couple of hours and maintain an environment that is safe and comforting for your pet.

About: I have three cats and one dog of my own! I’m used to all and any antics they can get up to. I’ve got a crazy routine for my pets, so no requests are too much for me :) Typically I am free in the morning or afternoon most days. My weekends are usually free with a usual trip to the Saturday farmers market when it happens. I regularly take care of my cats which includes feeding them, cleaning their litter boxes, cleaning their areas, brushing them, and generally heeding their every need. I like to make enrichment toys using cardboard boxes/paper towel tubes or by teaching them tricks like spin and high five! When taking dogs out, I try to make sure to wipe their paws down with a wet paper towel prior to entering the house, especially after going in more muddy areas. I like going at the dogs pace on walks whether that be sniffing around a bunch or taking a jog around the neighborhood until they get tired! I used to have a cat that required medication, so I’m familiar with giving pills and liquid meds to cats.

About: I have owned a few dogs in my lifetime and as of 5 years ago I started caring for my neighbors’ dogs all throughout Davis! I typically stay the night and give them playtime in the backyard or walks.. whatever is needed, I’m there. I have experience with administering oral medication to dogs. I’m a recent UC Santa Cruz graduate with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and I’m currently looking for wildlife technician jobs as well as applying to grad school. I’m a part time caregiver at the moment so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I make sure to ask all the right questions in case of emergency and for the comfort of the pets. I like to get written lists of everything that needs to be done while the owners are away, this helps with any clarifying questions I may have!

About: Hello, I have always been an animal lover since visiting my Grandma's farm as a kid. My first job for that I held for 4 years in High School was at a Vet hospital, where I fed, cleaned, walked, cared for and groomed the boarding dogs and cats. As an adult, I have loved animal watching/walking for friends and family. As a volunteer, I fed and cleaned the farm animals at a non-profit ranch for autistic children. I work full time in the medical field and enjoy being active so I am excited to get outside for walks and visit your pets on my days off. I am no able to own pets where I live, so I would love to be able to care for yours. Thank You, Megan I am available multiple days a week to walk and drop-in care for pets. My work schedule changes each week but I am able to scheduled services a week in advance. I would care for a pet at a client's home. I do not have a yard but would be happy to travel to the pet's home to socialize and make sure that they are feeling safe and comfortable.
