“Sheronda and her family are awesome! They loved having another pug in the house. Elly loved having a pug friend and running with Molly as well as Chewy was great fun for her. We would highly recommend Sheronda as your next dog sitter.”

“Sylvia and Mark (and fam) are great. They took great care of my old girl and were super understanding of her evolving idiosyncrasies. Would definitely trust them again and highly recommend.”

“This is the second time we entrust Penny to Christopher and his lovely wife, and they continue to provide wonderful care for my elderly pup, all while sending me pics and videos of her, which is always wonderful. Penny requires attentive care with meds and some ear cleaning, and Christopher did both. They are great dog sitters!”

“Larry took excellent care of our dog while we were away for the weekend. He was extremely professional and made sure to ask questions to ensure our dog was as comfortable as possible. We received updates during our time away on how our little guy was doing. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely keep Larry in mind for our next trip!”

“Kyle was great with our pup! I am sure that Buddy enjoyed his stay and having such a a nice yard to play in. Kyle was quick to follow up on any questions and kept us updated during our trip.”

“Omg, we’re so thankful for Geena! Story time, so our previous sitter was unavailable but the app said she was available (technology lol). So we were worried because we didn’t have a backup plan and we needed a sitter for my grandma’s funeral. Geena was so helpful with last minute arrangements and made us feel so comfortable with leaving our fur babies for the day. She responded to all my messages, questions and even sent pictures. We were able to attend the funeral with no worries and even booked her again for our vacation. I would definitely recommend using her and we will continue to book with her. Thank you again 💜🫶🏾💜”

“Debbie was great! We left our 1st time boarder w/ her very last minute when our weekend getaway informed us they no longer allow dogs. I was SUPER anxious to leave her, especially w/ a "stranger", but Debbie sent me lots of updates & pictures to ease my mind. By the time we picked her up, her tail was wagging, her ears were up & she was visibly relaxed & happy. Debbie also has a great, fenced-in side yard for the pups to run around in. We will be trusting here again to watch Molly.”

“Kierra took great care of Cooper, he was very happy him and Atlie. He definitely made a new pup buddy. Kierra took Cooper for daily walks which he loves to go for walks. I would definitely use Kierra to watch Cooper again on the future.”

“Richelle was amazing! She kept us updated every day on how our pup was doing, which really put our minds at ease. Teddy had a blast going on walks and received so much love and care, especially since he’s quite the energetic ball of joy! We're incredibly grateful for her flexibility in taking our last-minute request due to a family emergency. We will absolutely be using her services again in the future!”

“She was awesome with my dogs. This was their first time away from home over night. She took a lot of pictures and asked a lot of questions during their over night with her. Thank you for taking good care of my babies,??”

“We are so glad we found Brigid. Our dog, Roscoe, was comfortable with her right away when we had our meet-and-greet. Brigid asked good questions and took notes. She and her house are well-suited for a little dog visitor. She has a nice, fenced-in yard. Her couch is a cozy spot for napping, snuggling and looking out the window. Brigid stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and while we were away. It was so fun for us to hear and see pictures of how Brigid and Roscoe were spending their time. I felt that they had developed a special bond and I can't wait to book Brigid again. I think Roscoe feels the same way.”

“I had a last min trip coming up and had to find a sitter who offers boarding. To me, the location and also the house setting where my dog will be staying were very important. I found Catherine who lives 2 miles away from me. Met her and the entire family the next day for meet and greet and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Catherine was kind, reliable, and super attentive. She sent regular updates and cute photos, which made me feel totally at ease while I was away. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. I’ll definitely be booking with Catherine again! Thank you.”

“(I have a BullyMix) Jayla is great! Warm personality can see she is caring and my pup will be in great hands and he was!! This was my first time and my pups first of staying overnight and overall with someone he doesn't know. She shared pictures and updates and accommodated my delay in schedule. He seemed happy and at ease! Thank you will be booking again.”

“Cache was absolutely amazing with our puppy Nala! She sent consistent updates, and Nala seemed to have so much fun when she was there. 1,000,000% would recommend and most definitely will be a repeat client!”

“Lydia and her family took wonderful care of Gracie. She was great with communication and updates and we could tell she was well taken care of and looked after. We would definitely use Lydia’s services again and recommend her to others.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Watervliet
Richelle was amazing! She was available when we were in a bind and she was able to care for our dog while we were out of the country. She kept us informed for the whole time and our dog seemed happy and well-cared for. We will happily book her again in the future!

This was our first time leaving our baby with Kimberly and of course we were all nervous. Kimberly did very well keeping us informed of Ila's progress with daily, multiple photos. I was a little more worried because Ila didn't eat anything because she too was in a different environment and she's just a picky eater. Kimberly tried her best to get Ila to eat something, but it was difficult. I appreciated how she just took extra measures to help Ila feel comfortable. We will definitely ask for Kimberly's help in future.

Emmaly is amazing! She has been both our regular dog walker and boarding sitter, and I always know Nutmeg is in great hands. She sends lots of pictures and videos, keeps me updated, and it's obvious how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. This stay was extra special because her daughters even threw Nutmeg a little birthday party! He came home happy, healthy, and completely exhausted from all the fun. I can't recommend Emmaly enough if you're looking for someone who will treat your dog like family.

Frances and her family are amazing! Our sweet girl Dolly was in the best hands and we are so grateful that she got so much activity and attention. Frances was very easy to communicate with and gave plenty of pictures which made my day. Would absolutley re-book and reccomend

I didn’t think it was possible for my puppy to be tired but she is wiped from her weekend with Net and her pack! She had the best time playing and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing she was safe in a great home. Net was so accommodating about my last minute trip and understanding of my flat tire on the way home! I received several updates each day and we were sent home with some goodies! Will absolutely use Net again in the future. Highly recommend!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
