Just 15 minutes away from Albany International Airport and Albany Bus Terminal. My home is the perfect location for flexible drop-offs and pick-ups - early or late to match your travel needs. I have 10 years of experience. I provide specialized care for both playful little ones and senior pets, including gentle handling, health monitoring, and medication administration. I've had my two Maltese dogs for 9 amazing years, and they truly are my whole world! My journey with animals started when I was a child with my first pet, a sweet pitbull who was my constant companion. As I grew up, I discovered just how easily I bond with animals, which has only deepened my love for them. Right now, I have a female Maltese named Luna and a male Maltese named Christmas (but we call him Chris). I adore all kinds of animals, big and small! My goal is to provide a true calm and relaxed "home away from home” environment for every tail that walks through my door💕. Which means your pet will be treated like family-whether staying at my home or coming with me to work. 💕PLEASE READ💕 Moving forward, there will only be a 15-minute grace period after your drop-off time. If you are running late, please communicate that to me and I will work with you. If you are over your 15-minute grace period without any communication, you will need to reschedule a later drop-off time or book with another sitter💕. I’m originally from NYC but moved to the Albany area six years ago to be closer to my family. I graduated from Mercy University in 2023 with a degree in Behavioral Science, and I'm currently working towards my dream career as a Real Estate Investor! But as of right now, I’m a Real Estate Salesperson! When I'm not busy with pets or work, I love hitting the gym, diving into a good book, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying quality time with my family and furry pals.

Richelle is great; friendly, caring, comfortable. We did a meet and greet in her home so Dexter and I could met her and her two adorable dogs. That was very comforting for me since this is my first time using Rover. When Richelle came to get Dexter a few days later he ran to her and practically crawled into her lap, obviously he remembered her and felt comfortable being with her. I'm glad I found her and I would highly recommend her.

Richelle was amazing with my puppy Kairo while I was away on my trip! She kept me updated every single day with pictures and videos, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured the whole time. Kairo had such a great time with her, and that means everything to me because I do not just leave him with anyone. She was caring, trustworthy, and made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Richelle to anyone looking for a great pet sitter, and Kairo will definitely be welcomed back into her hands again!
Richelle is amazing. She has been my preferred sitter when boarding my little baby, Pepper, for months now. She is very flexible, and has accepted Pepper for boarding even when I’ve had to request to book last-minute. She is very careful and caring to my pup. Pepper loves her!! Doesn’t even say goodbye to me when she sees her, lol! Highly recommend.

Thoughout the day, I will take my client’s pets out for a walk around the neighborhood or a hike in a local park. (If your dog enjoys being around other dogs, I usually take them to a local dog park where they can run and play freely!) AND BEST OF ALL… Spend some quiet time together. Cuddle on the couch and give a gentle massage to help them relax! A little note for my wonderful repeat clients: Once you’re comfortable, I’m happy to offer convenient off-app payment options like Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Looking forward to taking care of your pets!

For my client's pets - I send detailed updates throughout the day with very high-quality photos. If I'm providing 24-hour care, I'll send three quality updates (morning, afternoon, and evening). I like to keep my clients in the loop and connected to their pets in a way that relieves worry. I make sure that all pets are walked, fed, have water throughout the day, and receive lots of love/care! Since I have pets of my own, I like to watch body language and (if needed) I separate dogs if they seem uncomfortable or they aren’t understanding another dog’s language. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen and the goal is to keep everyone safe.
