They welcomed her in as a member of their family and she got to participate in all aspects of their daily life as she would have wanted. This was Emma’s first time spending the night with a non-relative and did experience separation anxiety. Catherine was very patient with her and tried different ways to make her feel more comfortable. She took her for a long walk and refocused her energy using a kong filled with treats I provided. She made me aware of her anxiety after she was calm and sent me pictures to assure me she was okay. She also told me not to worry. Emma also had a hard time at bed time but eventually fell asleep on the couch. Emma did better the next day as she was feeling loved!”

Miles is an emotional support dog to me, as I suffer from PTSD, so it was hard to leave him for 19 days with anyone. After meeting Sarah & her family I knew he would feel loved and safe with them. They went above and beyond in every way! Sending pictures, of Miles and her beautiful children, & giving him an antibiotic he unexpected needed everyday. I had a difficult trip to the UK, to scatter my parents ashes in a place they went on their honeymoon. Sarah made leaving Miles as easy as it could be for me. I highly recommend Sarah!I absolutely can not fault her in anyway! Any pet owner would be privileged to leave their pet in Sarah’s excellent care!”
