About: Albany area, Open to long stays as well as short. I work M-F in office but love to stay home on the weekends. I’ve have taken care of small and big dogs since I was 15. I love to play fetch and keeping them company when they’re lonely and missing their parents. I just moved over to Albany from California and currently have all the free time in the world. I am trying to get to know the city more by walking around with dogs. It’s great as I can also get my steps in and your pets will be all tuckered out when you get home. I live alone in a one bedroom so they have decent amount of space to roam around. I also live right next to SUNY so I can always take them out for a breath of fresh air or if they want a longer jog, Lincoln Park is right around the corner.

“Lori was amazing and took excellent care of our dog for an overnight stay. We discovered that our dogs had met, walking at Capital Hills and had hit it off right away, so that was an added bonus. But I immediately felt very comfortable and when I dropped Clover off, I truly felt like I was leaving her with a friend. Clover came home clean, happy and exhausted. I can't recommend Lori enough and would absolutely reach out to her again when the need arises. Thank you, Lori!”

About: Over the course of my childhood my parents have been teaching me the proper way to care for not just people, but of course, our pets as well. After a while, tending to our pets was no longer so much a task for me as it was for my siblings. Taking care of and spending time with animals in general became something I still enjoy doing to this day, and as far as I know, will be one of my favorite things to do forever. John sent beautiful pictures so I could see how my boy was doing, and the pictures actually showed my dog engaged and happy, going on walks, playing in the yard, and sitting on the couch relaxing. John was very understanding about my dog's accidents and learned Griff's potty needs. John even bought Griff a halloween neck scarf and let him greet trick-or-treaters, something my dog truly enjoys doing with me.
