Albert took great care of my two cats. He had great communication and kept me updated. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time using Rover but after meeting Albert at the drop off I felt at ease.
We have booked Albert 2x so far, he is really great with our pup and gives great tips ! The second time i dropped him off, my attached at the hip puppy walked away without even looking back so its safe to say he enjoys his time with Albert!
