Maria was the first to pop up near our home and was the perfect match! She even said she notice we were a bit in need and was gracious enough to try us for the first time. Maria came early for our first meet up, asked the right questions and is an absolute delight! She sent us pictures and positive feedback through the care process. Unfortunately, we were supposed to go camping for the entire weekend but due to lots of rain we had to cut the weekend short and I felt kind of bad but she was incredibly kind and understanding and helped me through the entire process seamlessly. I can’t thank her enough and am looking forward to our next visits with her and feel relieved to finally have a loving and caring responsible and professional pet sitter for Brooke. About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life, I’ve owned multiple dogs & cats that are sadly no longer with me. I love the joy going for a run or walk can bring them. Bathing your furry friend is never an issue. I do have a cat named Zelda who loves animals but she’s the only one I have now. Offering boarding services for holiday times coming up! I work part time and go to school full time as well as being a mother to my daughter. We can always talk about what works best for us both & your furry friend(s). I do have an open backyard but I do have extra long tie outs so they will be able to run. I have no problem taking them to a local dog park or a walk around the neighborhood. Mel was a lifesaver! She came to watch my only child kitty, Lacey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Lacey really took a liking to her (she can be shy at times) and actually came out for attention and food every time Mel came in, which made me so happy to see. Mel was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful keeping me updated with pictures and videos of Lacey’s antics. At one point, Lacey was being particularly demanding about food, so Mel checked with me to make sure the automatic dry food feeder was still going off and hadn’t been shut off by a power outage. I hadn’t even thought of a freak scenario like that happening, so I really appreciated that she was thinking ahead and so in tune to Lacey’s needs. I hadn’t gone on a trip in the three years since getting Lacey, partly because I never knew what to do with her and always felt guilty about leaving her alone. After having such a great experience with Mel and seeing how much she went above and beyond to care for Lacey, I finally feel like I can go somewhere without worrying, since I know Lacey will be in good hands! 10/10 experience, for both me and Lacey. thank you so much for being so kind, attentive, and wonderful to her! 🥹🐈⬛
