Mel was a lifesaver! She came to watch my only child kitty, Lacey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Lacey really took a liking to her (she can be shy at times) and actually came out for attention and food every time Mel came in, which made me so happy to see. Mel was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful keeping me updated with pictures and videos of Lacey’s antics. At one point, Lacey was being particularly demanding about food, so Mel checked with me to make sure the automatic dry food feeder was still going off and hadn’t been shut off by a power outage. I hadn’t even thought of a freak scenario like that happening, so I really appreciated that she was thinking ahead and so in tune to Lacey’s needs. I hadn’t gone on a trip in the three years since getting Lacey, partly because I never knew what to do with her and always felt guilty about leaving her alone. After having such a great experience with Mel and seeing how much she went above and beyond to care for Lacey, I finally feel like I can go somewhere without worrying, since I know Lacey will be in good hands! 10/10 experience, for both me and Lacey. thank you so much for being so kind, attentive, and wonderful to her! 🥹🐈‍⬛

Mel is always thorough and takes great care of our cats while we are away; they come right out play with her. She checks on our birds too and make sure their food and water is full 🥰

Mel always plays with our cats and they love when she comes to visit! Mel leaves details and videos, and asks questions if she isn't sure. She even used the broom to get the cat toys from the under the couch for them. She even checks on our parakeets :) Thanks, Mel!

Although my kitty can be a bit difficult, Mel made sure to lay eyes on her everyday, and tried to play with her during her visit. Mel took pictures everyday for us to see how our kitty was doing, and even videos too. Thank you Mel for your service, and keeping our kitty feed while we were away. :)
