About: My family has raised goats and chickens since I was around 10, and have had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! I've grown up around animals my whole life and I am accustomed to caring for goats, chickens, dogs, and cats! I'm currently home in Northern Virginia from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time to play with and care for all of your animals!! I have a fenced in yard for dogs as well as plenty of space to take them for walks! As well, I have litter boxes/safety measures set up for my 4 cats. I have 8 goats and 13 chickens so I'm used to making sure the outdoor animals are safe from predators and locked safely into their houses at night.

About: Have only had 9 months total of my life without a dog or a pack of them by my side. Your fur baby will be fostered as one of my own; their walk, run, or potty break is all about them! With guidance from you, we will move at their pace. If they want to go for a run... then we run! If they prefer to walk tree to tree and smell every flower, that's fine too! I am available early mornings and mid-days during the week. I also have availability nightly to check on the pups and make sure they're ready for bed. I look forward to meeting the needs of your family, if it be walking or running the dogs, or making sure they are comfortable in your home, just let me know. I am fortunate enough to have a remote role, so my schedule is usually set to my own dog's needs. I am by no means a gym rat or a marathon runner. Yet that doesn't stop me from getting in usually 2-6 miles a day, both walking and running. While my dog is crate trained, it would be great if yours is as well, for those few errands that may take me away for up to 4 hours at a time (a busy week would be 3 half days in the office)

About: I have 7 dogs at my house and been around animals my whole life we have 3 cats as well and chickens! I love taking cares of any time of animal you just need teach me! I am available anytime in the afternoons ranging from 12:30pm-9pm. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed I usually am taking care of my animals but I can always fit in time for yours too! I will offer to feed your pets, buy treats, little bit of exercise and playing, I will make sure they have everything they need and make sure they don’t get into any trouble the best of my ability. And I always make sure my dogs play nice at home we do have two boys who fight but they are separated and live happily in their own worlds lol.

Even while building my professional career, I always stayed connected to animals through volunteering with rescue organizations and shelters. Caring for them never felt like a task — it felt natural. Over the years, I’ve cared for friends’ pets and supported rescue animals of all personalities — shy, energetic, playful — and each one has deepened my commitment to creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. My home is cozy, peaceful, and structured to make pets feel secure and relaxed, I allow pets on bed and furniture, but definitely follow the pet parent instructions, if not allowed! About: I'm a mom of 4 with 3 children 15 & under living at home. Non-smoking household. I've rescued dogs my entire life. At one time I had 6 rescue pups in my home. I love loving on dogs and caring for them. I work from home with a fairly open schedule to accommodate all your dogs needs. I can host your furbaby just about any day of the week including weekends (and holidays!) **ALL PETS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE ON ALL VACCINATIONS** I have a LARGE fenced yard with tons of space to run and play frisbee or ball in for your furbaby. I also have one 11yo dog who sometimes will play with other dogs or he'll just leave them alone to sleep all day. I have the ability to crate your pet (no need to bring a crate I have some!). Just bring their fav toys, a blanket and/or pet bed and they are set! I am stay-at-home mom so my schedule is fairly flexible. During the school year I will have to leave to take/pick up my little from preschool. Otherwise I'm home all day. I have my own (not spoiled, well loved) dog that is able to go outside whenever he wants and sleeps whenever he wants. Your dog will enjoy their vacation here with me. I treat all dogs as if they were my own furbaby. I give them lots of belly scratches and snuggles. All dogs will need to get along well with children. I can let them out as often as needed. I have a large fenced yard that's great for getting zoomies out and a deck that's great for sunbathing. I'm a stay at home Mom so I'm able to accommodate my schedule to fit each dogs needs. There is almost always someone at home to snuggle with your fur baby. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for running and playing. I also have a variety of crate sizes for any dog that needs one. I do NOT crate any dog unless the owner tells me too.

About: My pup is an older King Charles clavier mix and the sweetest thing ever. She just had her 12th birthday and I have had her since she was 2! I also have experience with big dogs! My boyfriend has a German shepherd and a Rottweiler who I spend lots of time around. One of my roommates at school also has a cat who lives with us! I have experience watching both dogs and cats and just have a deep love for the both!! I am currently working part-time doing an internship for my school, which has given me lots of free time. I love spending time with my pup either just relaxing, going for walks, or playing. My pup is very well trained which makes it very easy for me to take her out as she doesn’t require a leash. However, I have experience with dogs who have a tendency to run if they get the chance 😂 So I am familiar with adjusting to different dogs needs!

About: I currently work as a caretaker at a dog daycare center, where I care for dogs with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and play styles every day. Whether your dog is super energetic, anxious, older, or just needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m more than comfortable adapting to their needs. I’ve also worked as a farmhand, helping feed and care for animals like chickens and other livestock. I’ve also been around animals my whole life and currently care for a cat, an elderly black lab, and a young hound puppy. I’m a college student hoping to earn extra cash doing something I genuinely love! I treat every animal like one of my best friends and always aim to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Weekdays: Available after 1:30 PM for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. Weekends: Usually fully available for walks, house sitting, overnight stays, and extended care. I’m a Dog Daycare worker during the weekdays, so my services may be limited to the afternoon + evenings from Monday-Friday. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate. I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. I have experience caring for kittens, including feeding and basic hands-on care, as well as senior cats who may need routine medication or any extra attention.
