1. Jessica M.

“We just came back from our first vacation in years and Jessica was a huge reason our trip was great. We have two dogs we care deeply for and boarding them for just a weekend was stressful… and expensive! Our older dog has incredible anxiety every time we leave. So we decided to give Rover a try and we’re very happy we did. We met with a couple of sitters before our trip and Jessica impressed us with her flexibility and professionalism so we asked her to dogsit for the three nights we were away. She was great with our dogs and cared for them the way we wanted. In addition, she sent us pictures and texts with updates on the dogs. She made a great impression and completely sold us on Rover. I now feel confident that we can take more relaxing vacations knowing how well she took care of our dogs! I couldn’t have asked for more.”

2. Madeleine D.

“Madeline took great care of my babies. She communicated every day, and asked questions when she was unsure of behaviors, which I appreciated. My pups were happy and calm when I came home telling me they were well taken care of and loved. I will definitely have Madeljne stay with my pups again.”

3. Ian W.

“My dogs, especially the standoffish one, of my 3, loved Ian upon meeting him. He is very patient and gentle. He is so considerate and attentive. I cant praise him enough! We are actually stuck where we traveled to, and were able to book him last minute for a few more days. We will be tipping him accordingly upon our retun thanks to his last minute flexibility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

4. Claire M.
“Claire Is by far the most disciplined and thoughtful person I have ever met. She pays close attention to detail in all things in life. After having been her college roommate I can vouch for her when I say I trust her with my fur babies. Claire has watched my dog and cat while I was gone for family vacations and she continues to whenever needed. Not only do I see the love and care she has for animals, but my pets do too. My pets even get more excited about seeing her than me! I trust my pets with her and you should too.”

5. Jillian G.

“Jillian was amazing with my pups!! She communicated through out the stay and sent pics! She left my house neat and clean. Highly recommend her!!”

6. August G.
“August was always on time, took wonderful care of my dogs, and was both kind and caring. I cannot recommend her more highly! She's great!”

8. Brodie E.
“Brodie is my go-to-pet caregiver. She is responsible, reliable, kind, attentive, responsive and reliable to mention a few adjectives. She handles my large horses, chicken flock, cats, dogs, rabbit and fish. I could not go away without her. She is wonderful. I recommend without hesitation.”

9. Kira S.

“Kira did a great job, she arrived on time as scheduled, the dogs loved her. She left the house cleaner then she found it. We will definitely use Kira again in the future.”

10. Sophia A.
“Sophia is great with dogs. Everywhere we go she always says Hi to a cute doggo we see. My border collie Louie loves her. He is always so excited to see her and hang out with her. She watches him for me all the time, during the day or overnight. She takes him for a ride in her jeep to go get a pup cup. You can trust her with your dog and she will take care of them like they are her own.”

14. Eliana G.
“I can’t recommend Eliana Ginsburg highly enough as a pet caregiver. She is incredibly responsible, compassionate, and attentive to the unique needs of animals in her care. Eliana has looked after my cats, and each time I’ve felt completely at ease knowing they were in loving hands. She takes the time to get to know each pet’s personality, routines, and preferences. She is a natural with animals and someone I trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommended!”

15. Kate D.

“Kate is always great with our dog when we go out of town! We don’t have to worry, because she takes the best possible care of him and our home. We highly recommend her!”

16. Marley B.
About: Hi, my name is Marley, I am currently home in CT from studying my undergraduate degree at Oregon State University where I am about to start my final year come the Fall. Since I was 10 years old, I have volunteered at local dog and cat shelters whenever I have a couple open hours within the day: CPR (Companion Pet Rescue, Southbury CT), Heartland Humane Society (Corvallis OR), and Safe Haven Humane Society (Tangent OR). I have been dog sitting and cat sitting for local families for over 5 years just to help out and absolutely love it. I am always responsible of a pet’s health and prioritize them always. I currently have a part-time job where I do not work longer than 3-4 hours in a day (I only work about 2 days a week), so I have a wide open schedule and will prioritize visiting, hanging out, and caring for your animal before anything else :) I think that one of the most important jobs as a pet sitter is making sure nothing is rushed, which is why I spend as much time as needed with the animals I watch. I think it is crucial to make sure the animals are happy and healthy both when I arrive and when I leave. I love to take dogs on long walks, play with them outside, and give them the care they need (from feeding to outside time). As for cats, I think they deserve the same amount of attention and I will never pass up the opportunity to give a cat some pets!

17. Jamie P.

“Jamie was a lifesaver for me! With very little notice due to a family emergency, Jamie committed to house sitting my cat and dog for several days. She is very conscientious, reliable, dedicated and responsible. I will definitely use Jamie again. I highly recommend her,”

18. Olivia S.

“Liv took great care of my dog and two cats for the day. She made sure she understood instructions and followed them to a T. My dog adored her from the moment he saw her at the meet and greet, even jumping on her lap. I get nervous leaving him with someone new but Liv alleviated my fears with her texts and photos. She gave me reports on health concerns (he has allergies) and clarified instructions regarding his schedule. I will definitely have Liv back to watch them again.”

19. Elaina S.

“Elaina did a wonderful job of caring for my two cats when I was away for a week. She is reliable, punctual, follows instructions carefully and truly cares about pet welfare. With Elaina caring for the cats, I would feel 100% confident that all was being done exactly as I would. One of my cats is elderly and recovering from an illness and so required extra attention, which Elaina managed perfectly. Elaina is a fantastic and trustworthy pet sitter. Five stars, 100% great!!”

20. Claire M.
“Claire is one of the most caring people I know with pets and people! She lights up when interacting with cats and dogs. I trust her completely and never hesitate to leave my dog with Claire because I know she’s in great hands.”
