1. Madeleine D.

“Maddie was great, she took good care of our girl and sent plenty of photos . Even helped shovel our sidewalk so the kids could get to the bus stop”

2. Claire M.
“Claire Is by far the most disciplined and thoughtful person I have ever met. She pays close attention to detail in all things in life. After having been her college roommate I can vouch for her when I say I trust her with my fur babies. Claire has watched my dog and cat while I was gone for family vacations and she continues to whenever needed. Not only do I see the love and care she has for animals, but my pets do too. My pets even get more excited about seeing her than me! I trust my pets with her and you should too.”

3. Jillian G.

“Jillian was amazing with my pups!! She communicated through out the stay and sent pics! She left my house neat and clean. Highly recommend her!!”

4. Skylynn V.

“We had Sky stay at our house for a week while we were out of the country, when we got home both of our dogs were happy and healthy. Our house was in great condition, we got regular updates on our dogs. This was our first time using Rover to have someone housesit for us so I was a bit nervous leaving our apartment and two of the things I love most in this world with someone I had only met for a brief while. Sky did a great job and really set me at ease. 100% would recommend.”

5. Theresa C.

“This a second review and want to acknowledge what lovely care Theresa took of my 2 dogs. They were extremely happy when we came home and I know they were well cared for in our absence.”

6. Jeffrey V.

“Jeffrey came early to meet Kashmir and was absolutely wonderful with her. He was very sweet and attentive. Clearly understands dogs. Jeffrey even cleaned up in the kitchen. Thank you for taking such good care of her!”

7. Alyson P.
“Aly is incredibly trustworthy and reliable. She has checked in on my cats and watched my large breed dog for almost 2 years now. She is very responsive when I need help and I have no worries that my animals are in great hands. She is always willing to help with whatever I need. I feel very confident when she is in my home.”

8. Hope R.
“Hope worked for me as a dog walker at my company for three years before moving to NYC. She always displayed a passion for her work and an enormous love for all of her dogs. She is reliable and conscientious and always comes to work with a smile which shines through in every way. I never worried that she was giving the absolute best care for all of the dogs in her care. We would never hesitate in hiring her back if she were to relocate. You can’t go wrong with Hope. She loves dogs and will treat them with same love and kindness you would expect.”

10. Robin L.

“Where to begin… This was a wonderfully, amazing experience working with Robin so much so, I selfishly don’t want to share her! Like other Rover.com users, I was nervous using this service for the first time. When Robin’s profile appeared for our dates, I knew right away she was someone special. In fact, special is an understatement. Robin cared for my 2 rescue fur babies AND my home as if it were her own. She went out of her way to come by the house twice before we left for our trip in addition to stopping by when we returned to check in with us and say “farewell for now” to our dogs. We are legitimately going to miss Robin as she quickly became someone to confide in about my worries with the dogs and leaving them. I could not have felt more comfortable while away, so much so, I could have been away longer knowing how well my two babies were taken care of. She checked in every single day, both morning and night and sent pictures all throughout the 8 days we were gone. She trudged through terrible weather, including 2 snow storms, without any hesitation because Robin was that dedicated to her caretaking. Both of my dogs loved her AND her husband who is equally as compassionate and loving as Robin. One of my dogs is very nervous around people but he instantly fell in love with Robin. It was amazing to see how well both my dogs connected with her when we first met. It was even more amazing to see how excited they were when Robin came to visit after we arrived back home. I am so grateful for Robin staying at our house and being there for us when our flight was majorly delayed too. I can’t say enough good things about Robin and her position as a Rover.com sitter. I HIGHLY recommend Robin to anyone looking for a regular, weekly pet walker and/or a house sitter. I would also like to note that one of my dogs is on a strict medication system and Robin was so diligent in making sure she received everything she needed on the correct days. I am truly looking forward to working with Robin again. Robin truly is a rarity in the way she cares for both animals and people. I feel privileged to have met her and like I stated before, both my dogs and my husband and I will miss her.”

11. April H.

“This was our first time having April stay over and look after our dog and two cats. April's communication skills are incredible. She texted before to confirm, during to give updates, and after to let us know the animals were all set. Just enough communication to let us know our animals were doing well during our time away. She kept our home in great condition and locked up when she left. I know our animals look forward to having April take care of them again!”

12. Tara N.

“Tara sent beautiful photos of my girl, and it is obvious just how happy she is. Tara is knowledgeable about dog care, and identified a potential ear infection right away, and our vet told me she did all the right things and it cleared up the next day. I completely trust her with the care of my dog and my home and will definitely book with Tara again.”

13. Kadriya B.

“Kadriya was great! She took awesome care of our two pups and was super communicative. We would def book her again!”

14. Jasmine L.

“I hired Jasmine to be mini-me while I was away. She took care of all my clients dogs just as I would, and that says a lot! She contacted me any time there was a question, and made every dog so comfortable in my home. I am so glad Jasmine and I connected and I truly hope that she agrees to book again. She was a true find.”

15. Kaylee B.
“When I consider pet care there are several criteria that I begin with. These include work ethic, personality, responsibility, attention to detail, and how the candidate handles my dogs. Kaylee checks all the boxes and then some. Her love of animals is obvious, but she is also firm with them. The dogs understand that Kaylee is in charge. In the end my best test is how my dogs respond, and they love and trust Kaylee. So we do too.”

16. Ciara P.

“SO incredibly relieved to have found Ciara, who took perfect care of our fur babies. We all immediately felt very comfortable around her and cannot wait to use her again!”

17. Angela W.

“Angela took great care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats over a long weekend! She reported on their status frequently and sent lots of pictures. We have a dog who has some fear aggression with unfamiliar people, and she was patient and understanding and was able to earn his trust. Thanks so much, Angela!”

18. Anna G.
“We were so lucky to have Anna Gallant as our pet sitter. She gave loving, attentive care to our dog, Frog, and our cat, Tiana. She played with Frog and gave him belly rubs plus the medicine that he needed. She made sure that he was well taken care of. Tiana was not friendly to Anna at first. But Anna persevered and Tiana grew to love her and enjoy when she pet sat her! We couldn’t have left our pets in better hands!”

19. Elaina S.

“Elaina did a wonderful job of caring for my two cats when I was away for a week. She is reliable, punctual, follows instructions carefully and truly cares about pet welfare. With Elaina caring for the cats, I would feel 100% confident that all was being done exactly as I would. One of my cats is elderly and recovering from an illness and so required extra attention, which Elaina managed perfectly. Elaina is a fantastic and trustworthy pet sitter. Five stars, 100% great!!”

20. Tyler G.
“Let me start by saying that both my fur family and my human family love when Tyler comes over. We have had him care for our pets on multiple occasions, sometimes just coming for an hour in the afternoon when we are gone all day, sometimes staying in our home for a several days at a time. Our dog is a huge fan of the endless belly rubs, and our cat loves the quiet quality time, on the sofa, next to Tyler. I take comfort in knowing that Tyler reads and follows the instructions I leave, and always asks questions when he's not sure of something. As long as he is around, we know our pets are happy, plants are watered, and home is safe.”
