About: Grew up on a farm caring for animals since my youth. now enjoy the company of visiting dogs, just like I had with my own. I currently work part-time and many situations able to bring a boarding dog with me; as I work with mostly older folks who would love the sweetness of a dog visit; considered therapy. I have a side fenced yard, safe from the road, and only do private walks in a comfortable grass field near my home, leashed and one at a time for individual attention.

About: As an avid animal lover it is my duty to make sure all dogs in my care are treated as part of the family. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life and know how stressful it can be to leave them with a stranger. I take great pride and joy in caring for others. I am a mom to my sweet daughter who absolutely loves having furry companions to run around with. I provide daily walks, leads, and a fenced in area for outside play. Toys, treats, water/food bowls and tons of TLC. Inside, my home is their home. I treat all my furry guests as they would be treated by you! Is your dog use to sleeping in your bed? Not a problem, I love snuggles! Don't let your dog on the furniture? Not a problem, I will be sure to enforce any rules you have set as to not confuse them once they arrive back home. I have a wonderful cat named Peanut. Who stays to herself for the most part. I do ask that your dog is friendly or non-reactive to cats. I want everyone's stay to be as pleasant as possible for all parties involved. I look forward to meeting you and your pup :) I’ve also created an Instagram page if you would like to see more pictures and follow your pups stay at Justlikehome_ct Pet care if my full time job. All dogs in my care are let out frequently. At least every 4 hours. Can be sooner if needed. All pets in my home are treated as part of the family. With the same amount of love and care that I give to my own.

“Nell is wonderful. Super flexible with arranging time to drop off and pick up. Dizzy loves staying here. He would run down the steps to the front door! I would definitely recommend her for any pet care needs !”

About: Our family loves our pets, and I'll love yours too while you are away. My husband and I adopted our first black Lab in 2001, when she was eight years old. She was our first baby. Since that time, in addition to raising our human family, we have added many furry, finned, and feathered members to our home. While my ten-year-old Havanese is my "Best Boy;" I am "House Mom" to the other pets in our family. I love the time in the day I spend with my pets and look forward to spreading that love to other animals as I have more free time now that my kids are growing up. Having my own pets, I know it is hard to leave town. It's essential to find someone who is responsible, thoughtful, honest, and gentle to watch over them. I look forward to meeting with you and your pets to help alleviate your concerns. I am a stay-at-home parent, to older children, so my schedule is very flexible. I look forward to working with you to create a schedule that supports everyone! I believe in the Golden Rule. I will treat your home and your pet(s) just as I would expect someone to care for mine. Before scheduling our first pet sitting appointment, I would like to meet with you and your pet in order to understand your pets' schedules and needs. In addition, is there anything small I can help you with? Maybe you want your trash taken out, or your mail picked up?

About: As someone who has taken care of animals for almost two decades, I've seen it all. From aggressive pets, to escapists, to pets with serious health problems. But even with those hardships I've managed to get through for those dogs and their owners. I've met some very amazing animals throughout my years, and everytime they can't get enough of me, I'm basically the Pet Whisper. And I'm always able to complete the checklist, feed, walk, take them to their appointments, and so on. My clients have been able to trust me, I'm a hard worker who doesn't give up, who goes above and beyond to make my clients proud and their pets happy. I'm currently employed as a Sales Associate at Ocean State. My hours vary quite a bit, but normally I work up to 3 weekdays and both weekends, sometimes only one of them. My hours can be from 7-1 to 11 or 1-7:30 Currently I have a dog and cat. My cat stays in my room while my dog is allowed in our stairway, hallway, living room, dining room and kitchen. My cat gets along with all cats, but is very finicky around other dogs, even my own. They are both separated by a gate, so there's no fear of them ever interacting as my dog loves trying to chase her if he ever gets the chance. My dog gets along with most dogs regardless of size but, he'll always be egging them on to play haha. My house isn't entirely large but it's enough for your pet to move around, play, and relax. My complex is very large and a great walking area for your pet. There's also a dog park right around the street that's a wonderful place for your dog to socialize. And, next to that park is a large trail that's perfect for walking. If your dog likes the beach, there's plenty of them in my vicinity.

About: As a former breeder of Labradors, I have a great deal of experience raising and training dogs. My daughter has her own Rover page and we often work together. Being retired I have no employment obligations which leaves me free to care for your pet weekdays when others are not available. As well as evenings and weekends. I currently have one 3 year old Labrador and take pride in ensuring she gets lots of exercise and attention. If I'm caring for your pet in my home I always encourage a meet and greet first to be certain my client and his / her pet are comfortable with my home environment.
