“This is going to be a very honest review. Rich was great with Max. I have to admit i was very worried at first. This was a very different setting for my pup and he was not accustomed to all the dogs. Rich made it very relaxing for my pup (and me) and took lots of pics and videos. Rich was able to keep my pup an extra night as my return flight was delayed. I would definitely use Rich again now that I have seen how well my dog did.”
