She has a big back yard and lives right across the street from a huge fenced-in park and took our dog there often to play. He is so caring and gentle with the dogs and has an awesome fenced in backyard set up that any dog would love. Rich was also excellent in his communication and interactions with us. When we met, he took his time with us (and the dogs) to tell us about himself and his dog care philosophy. While we were away, he sent adorable pictures and videos of the dogs every day. Plus, he was kind enough to help our dogs transition to a new kind of dog food during their stay with zero issues.
