My pup has pretty bad separation anxiety and Rich did such an amazing job at making him feel comfortable. He makes it a point to make sure all the dogs are feeling comfortable and getting along. He offers to send pics/videos as much or as little.. i of course opted for as much and I was updated every day throughout the day! I traveled from Brooklyn and it feels well worth it.
