“We had a great experience with Kate! Our dog, Sampson, stayed in her home and was very well cared for. Communication was easy and consistent, and we felt completely comfortable knowing our pup was in good hands. Sampson is pretty easygoing, but it was clear he was treated with attention and kindness. We will definitely book with them again.”

“I can't say enough great things about our experiences with Jennifer. I've left my dog Peachy with her 3 times now, this last time being over a week. I got so many picture and video updates throughout and I could see how comfortable and happy my Peachy was. Jennifer and her daughter are so wonderful with her and I am very grateful to have found them. The peace of mind I have now while I'm away that my dog is well cared for is worth so much. Also, Jennifer was highly communicative and very flexible when my schedule needed to change last minute. I won't leave Peachy with anyone else now!!”

“Saori was such a great sitter for our pups (1 year old great pyrenees). She took them to the dog park in the morning for a couple of hours, helped continue our invisibile fence training, and sent us so many pics and updates throughout the weekend. I could tell how happy and comfortable our dogs were in her home and under her care. They came home so tired because they had so much fun with her and the other dogs!”

“Yajaira is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had! She is experienced, confident, and professional. I had zero doubts about leaving my pup with her for 4 days after our meet and greet, and I was right. Mia was able to run around, and received all the love from Yajaira that she usually gets with me. I would choose Yajaira every time in the future. Thank you from Mia and I <3”

“Liliana & her husband were very good with Luigi. They both took the time during our Meet & Greet to ask questions and get to know him. Liliana sent pictures during his stay and he looked happy out on his afternoon walks.”

“Valerie was great as always. She treats Oliver like her own. He came back happy and tired. She was able to accommodate us when we needed to pick up Oliver a day later due to car trouble. All around, a great experience.”

“Erika is an amazing sitter and really is so attentive to our dogs. My Charlie is a terrible eater and picks at his food, Erika took extra special time to make sure he was well fed. I loved getting pictures, multiple times a day to be able to see my boys while I was away. I highly remember Erika.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth! The pups were happy to see us, but obviously very well cared for! We received daily updates and photos which gave us such peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth to everyone, and will be using her again!”

“Jill and her family are amazing! We have left our maltipoo, Benji with them a few times and they have cared for him so well. Benji just did and overnight and I he loved it. If you need pet care, do not hesitate for a second with Jill. She and her family are great and are our go to sitters!”

“We have a senior dog that requires keeping an eye on and medication twice a day and Bruce did so great taking care of pup. Leading up to the stay and throughout communication was open and clear and we appreciated all the questions Bruce had to make sure Tucker was comfortable and had what he needed during his stay. All the pictures of Tucker enjoying himself was the icing on top for us too. We look forward to bringing Tucker back again soon.”
“Cassandra did an amazing job caring for our 4 year old English bulldog for 8 days. Our bulldog is quite stubborn with several medical conditions and she administered all medications and went above and beyond so we can travel without him for the first time in 4 years. Cassandra sent us daily updates and was very quick to respond to us and helped put our minds at ease while away.”

“My two pups had an overnight with James and his family. We have been looking for a new sitter for more than 6 months since ours moved to another state. The girls came back happy and tired. I got updates and photos while they were with him. We will be using James again.”

“I was caught in a bind as I was moving and my current place had to cancel due to the weather. This is my first time using Rover and I needed to find someone to watch my pup. River is a bit reserved and can be very nervous. Pam is a life saver. She sent pictures throughout her visit and I was completely at ease during a very stressful move. I will definitely recommend Pam and will reach out to her again whenever I need a sitter for my girl. Thanks a million. You are the best!!!”

“Our guy Kylo loves being there. Mariana is great with sharing photos and updates. Her dogs are also great with others and makes for a fun and tiring experience for our very energetic furry guy”

“Maria was great! So friendly, attentive, responsive & easy to work with. You can tell she loves dogs and she took excellent care of my Remy! Knowing Remy was in good hands made it much less stressful to go on vacation. I loved getting pictures & updates and already booked her to watch Remy again. Thank you, Maria! :)”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. Over the past 20 years I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits, turtles, snakes, and hamsters. I love animals more than most humans. My sister is also a vet which is super handy to have. I currently work from home so I can be present and then I have down time I can play and tend to my furry house guest. I have a room for my dogs with a very bring crate, beds and toys. When I have furry guests I can always alternate my dogs in the room or the furry guest into that room. They could also wonder around the apartment as well. My building complex also has a dog park which is nice to run around and play.
“We were looking for a warm family to take care of our French bulldog, Rueben. Nicole and Joseph’s family welcomed and doted on him the entire time he was in their care. Plenty of walks, snuggles and dog play dates were had! We look forward to rebooking with them in the future!”

“I have a high energy 3 month old Chihuahua Daschund mix! Enrique was kind and patient in helping me through a 1st time experience! He provided a clean and tidy room! He walked and handled meal time smoothly! He would also send me a photo daily! I highly recommend and would use his service again! Job well done! Thanks to Enrique, I appreciate you! 😘”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Watertown
This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She took wonderful care of my dog, kept me updated with messages, and gave me complete peace of mind. She was also incredibly accommodating when I realized I had forgotten to include an extra day on my original booking, and she made the process so easy. On top of that, she patiently helped me navigate the Rover app as a first-time user, which I really appreciated. Kind, reliable, and communicative—I would absolutely book with her again!

Ollie is a rescue who came to us very frightened and untrusting about a year ago. So I was so nervous to have to leave him with a sitter. Chelsea provided to most welcoming a loving environment for Ollie. He settled right in and I could tell by all of the pics Chelsea sent that he was 100% in good hands and comfortable. Thank you so much Chelsea. We will definitely being coming back with Ollie!!
