We met Jill a month before Charlotte stayed with the family, and she was gracious and kind. Gave us a tour of her home and some time for Charlotte to meet her and their family dog Tucker ( a super sweetie). Jill was super flexible about pickup/dropoff, and responds quickly. We very much appreciated all of the pictures she sent to us of Charlotte during her stay (it looks like she rotated between everyone's laps - her favorite thing!). When I picked Charlotte up, she was calm and happy. She got along fine with Tucker which makes us happy for him too, and Jill's daughter's were super sweet with her. It's a comfort to know that Charlotte is being loved when she stays will Jill just as she is when home with us, and now we can go away with peace of mind. Definitely recommend Jill and her lovely family to care for your furry children.”
