Poncho and her dog Tokie were similar in size, age, and activity level so they seemed to get along great. She has a large fenced property for the dogs to explore and run around. I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. Chonlada even contacted me when she noticed that Poncho was licking his paws and had a small abrasion, which she treated and monitored. Ryan watched our girl for 12 days while we were away. We appreciated the daily pictures he sent us and that he let us know how she was doing. Our girl must have been nervous because she had accidents while we were away, which is unlike her. She wore her reusable diapers from then on, which was less than ideal. However, given the circumstances it’s understandable, and she appeared safe, which is what mattered most to us while we were away.
Kate and her family were amazing!! She took the time to read over my dogs profile, ask questions, and make me feel at ease as this was my 1st time using Rover. I even felt comfortable enough to let them take my pup to their mountain house which my girl loved! She communicates daily with updates, pictures, and any questions. She didn’t flinch when I over prepared for my dogs stay which I appreciate a lot! Her entire family is warm and welcoming and her house reflects this as well. She’s also no stranger to taking care of any needs as they arise since she’s a Superhost on Airbnb! All positive things and nothing negative to say at all. We had a great vacation with no worries about our pup. We have found our forever pet sitter for as long as she continues to do it.
