I had originally booked Austin with Tyler for one week but due to housing issues I had to extend his stay. I actually had to extend Austin's stay a few times and Tyler was always happy and willing to house Austin for as long as we needed. Tyler let me come visit Austin periodically since I missed him so much, and every time I visited Austin looked great and seemed truly happy there. I will 10/10 rebook with Tyler! About: I am a teacher, so I have lots of availability in the summer for dog sitting and walking. I also have unlimited patience and lots of energy for pets. I am the proud fur-baby mother of a rescue dog! He is about 70 pounds and tricky to walk, which has given me great experience. I know how to handle anxious pets. I am an active person who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with my dog. In the summer, we spend most of or time in the backyard playing and spending time together: When my dog gets hot he relaxes on his outdoor cooling bed next to cold bowl of water or takes a dip in his doggie pool. The only thing that keeps us inside is thunder or lightning. Overall, I am a very devoted dog owner and animal lover and looking forward to meeting many new dogs!

He was able to rest, go for a walk and Katie sent me so many wonderful pictures of him absolutely relaxed and having the best time. Heather is an excellent pet sitter! Our little senior dog, Miki, stayed with her for a week while we were on vacation. Heather responded to all messages very promptly and is a great communicator. She followed all instructions to the letter and kept us updated on how our little boy was doing. At one point, Miki seemed to be feeling under the weather. Heather calmly shared her concerns and we were able to talk through a solution together. When we picked Miki up, he was happy and comfortable in Heather’s home. I would recommend Heather without hesitation!
Ryan watched our girl for 12 days while we were away. We appreciated the daily pictures he sent us and that he let us know how she was doing. Our girl must have been nervous because she had accidents while we were away, which is unlike her. She wore her reusable diapers from then on, which was less than ideal. However, given the circumstances it’s understandable, and she appeared safe, which is what mattered most to us while we were away.
Kate and her family were amazing!! She took the time to read over my dogs profile, ask questions, and make me feel at ease as this was my 1st time using Rover. I even felt comfortable enough to let them take my pup to their mountain house which my girl loved! She communicates daily with updates, pictures, and any questions. She didn’t flinch when I over prepared for my dogs stay which I appreciate a lot! Her entire family is warm and welcoming and her house reflects this as well. She’s also no stranger to taking care of any needs as they arise since she’s a Superhost on Airbnb! All positive things and nothing negative to say at all. We had a great vacation with no worries about our pup. We have found our forever pet sitter for as long as she continues to do it. Ann is #1 on my list of dog sitters. She has the patience of Jobe. Toby is a relentless barker when he meets someone. His noise did not deter Ann one bit.
