I live in a townhouse so while I don’t have a large yard or one that’s fenced in, there are plenty of areas in the neighborhood for dog-walking and tons of dog neighbors as well. Your potty-trained pet can have free reign of my home if that’s something you’d like. I will be happy to discuss and follow any specific needs you have for your pet!

I’ve been a consistent pet owner since birth! I grew up caring for cats, rabbits, turtles, gerbils, and fish. As an adult, I have been trusted with care and medicating pets of all kinds, including even my own pet-sitter’s dog and cat! My last dear pet passed away last summer and now I am free to care for yours in my home or yours. I love animals of all types and sizes, from the tiniest jumping spider to the largest Great Dane, and they all seem to love me back! I take deep pride in keeping your animals happy and safe

I was so grateful to have Heather watch my baby, Raz. She is very attentive and she took such good care of him. I am having her come back and watch him again.
Heather came over for a meet & greet a couple days ago and was very good with our dog, Winnie! Today Heather came for a 30 minute visit right on time, taking her out and spent some time with her. Since they like each other, we’ll try boarding next!
Heather is an excellent pet sitter! Our little senior dog, Miki, stayed with her for a week while we were on vacation. Heather responded to all messages very promptly and is a great communicator. She followed all instructions to the letter and kept us updated on how our little boy was doing. At one point, Miki seemed to be feeling under the weather. Heather calmly shared her concerns and we were able to talk through a solution together. When we picked Miki up, he was happy and comfortable in Heather’s home. I would recommend Heather without hesitation!
