About: I have experience caring for all kinds of small and big animals, including pets, farm animals, and even wild animals with conservation organizations. I love learning all the details of what constitutes the best care for each animal! I'm pretty good at basic training with dogs and puppies, and even kitties!! I give kitty and doggy massage and (reiki) energy, animals can feel our energy for sure! Sometimes I can intuitively pick up on little changes that could really help them. I'm a self-employed entrepreneur. I teach some yoga therapy clients, and have art healing sessions at different times throughout the week. These are short sessions, so I would only be away from the pet-sit house for a few hours, and planned ahead of time, but also able to be flexible as needed. I'm able to accommodate morning, midday, or evening times for all care needs. Occasionally I'm able to take a pet-sit dog on a walk with a walk client if everyone gets along, which I'm pretty good at facilitating actually, but I always ask first, and never push for it. I like to really check in with each animal and give them plenty of specialized attention. Especially at first, it takes a little time for them to build trust with a new person! I also like to keep to the routines that they expect. My cat gets treats upon waking, and before we go to bed, she likes the consistency. She likes variation in play-time and exploration, and I aim to help her build confidence in approaching new situations, she has been an amazing adventure cat and companion! I learn each pets favorite spot to chill, and when they do and don't want attention. I listen for, and learn their cues, and communication.

One of our dogs has quit eating when we left her but had no problems. On our arrival home, the dogs seemed calm, relaxed and happy. Our home was in perfect condition. About: I’ve cared for neighborhood animals since I was around 11 and got my own dogs at 12. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and energy levels and love them all. I’m an RN looking to spend some quality time with some good puppies. I work three days a week 7a-7p and in August will go part time while I’m in grad school. I live in an apartment so walks and hanging out at the doggo’s house would be best. I am very responsible and can’t wait to throw a frisbee, go on walks, and cuddle with the puppers.

About: I don't just make sure your dog has the basics. My goal is to make their experience epic in all the best ways. I've had dogs for over 40 years. I'm the annoying person who will stop strangers just to ask to pet their dog. I have experience with puppies through to seniors (they're my favorite), have no problem administering medications, and am proactive in meeting their needs. And if your dog is up for anything, then they can expect lots of exercise, snuggles, and new experiences. I am available for active services through August 7 during the week. After August 7 I am available for services most weekends (Friday after work - 5 PM - though Sunday night). If I am house and pet -sitting, I will stay at your home overnight and take care of your pet actively during the day unless you choose otherwise. Safety and comfort are my top concerns. I am a Private Pet Care Insurance-Secured sitter so you can feel confident booking with me. For new clients, I may ask for a pre-booking meet and greet to ensure we are a good fit. For boarding and daycare requests: Because I care for my own pet along with yours, I require proof of current vaccinations: Rabies, Canine Distemper, Parvovirus, and Adenovirus (Hepatitis) prior to booking. Whatever service you select, I will work with you to understand your and your pet's needs and tailor the experience. When I host your pet in my home you can expect a clean home and large, grassy, fenced yard. Your dog will be on leash outside the property unless you give permission to do otherwise in designated off-leash areas. Our dog sleeps part time in her kennel and part on our bed. Your dog is welcome to do the same. If I am in your home, you can expect me to leave it the same or better than you left it. I'll even water your plants if requested.

About: I long to put my love of animals into action. I love looking after animals. I find it very enjoyable. I find in animals the same thing I find so wonderful in children. That purity, that honestly, where they don't judge you, they just want to be your friend. I think that is so sweet. I began volunteering at the Idaho Humane Society a few years back. I am a hard-working and energetic; flexible; adapt easily to change of environment and work schedule. I am personable with a positive attitude. I am a compassionate pet caregiver with a broad range of skills working with animals. Experience includes day to day animal care and handling. Capable of feeding, watering and bathing animals and exercising both large and small dogs. . I am attentive to the need of all pets and dedicated to offer the best possible care. I build around the pet’s needs: mornings and evenings for feeding and bathroom breaks, and scheduled walks/playtime during the day. I also do a weekly routine for cleaning, supply restocking, and grooming/medication check-ins as required. I understand trusting someone with your pet is a big deal. I’ll follow your instructions closely, use safe handling, and I’ll send updates so you always know how they’re doing.
