“Niamh was TERRIFIC! She came over before I left to have me show her around and let her know where things are and I instantly felt at ease. She is professional and so very caring about pets in her charge. She sent over a daily picture and comments about what was done while I was out of town and I was so appreciative. it's such a relief to have found a pet sitter who is so considerate, professional and who takes the time to learn how she can best support our fur babes!”

“Nicole was great with my 2 cats! I got updates each time she did a drop in visit, plus multiple photos. She was great at communicating and the cats loved playing with her!”

“Thank you so much for looking in on him Christin! He was super excited to have me home and was very meowy all night long (which is expected). He looks like he is doing great!”

About: I have experience caring for all kinds of small and big animals, including pets, farm animals, and even wild animals with conservation organizations. I love learning all the details of what constitutes the best care for each animal! I'm pretty good at basic training with dogs and puppies, and even kitties!! I give kitty and doggy massage and (reiki) energy, animals can feel our energy for sure! Sometimes I can intuitively pick up on little changes that could really help them. I'm a self-employed entrepreneur. I teach some yoga therapy clients, and have art healing sessions at different times throughout the week. These are short sessions, so I would only be away from the pet-sit house for a few hours, and planned ahead of time, but also able to be flexible as needed. I'm able to accommodate morning, midday, or evening times for all care needs. Occasionally I'm able to take a pet-sit dog on a walk with a walk client if everyone gets along, which I'm pretty good at facilitating actually, but I always ask first, and never push for it. I like to really check in with each animal and give them plenty of specialized attention. Especially at first, it takes a little time for them to build trust with a new person! I also like to keep to the routines that they expect. My cat gets treats upon waking, and before we go to bed, she likes the consistency. She likes variation in play-time and exploration, and I aim to help her build confidence in approaching new situations, she has been an amazing adventure cat and companion! I learn each pets favorite spot to chill, and when they do and don't want attention. I listen for, and learn their cues, and communication.
“We had Lauryn check in on our two senior dogs while we were on a business trip. She took great care of them and was very communicative with their activities for the day which relieved us of any concern. We would highly recommend Lauryn and will definitely reach out to use her again.”

“Drew was perfect! He followed the directions and sent us very detailed updates. He shared several pictures each time he checked on our dogs, helping us feel better about leaving them behind. Drew is an above and beyond kind of person and that matters, thank you Drew!”

“Emily did an excellent job taking care of our dogs, they really enjoyed her, she brought in the mail and watered our plants we will book her again any time, thank you the Sorensens”

“Meghan was fantastic at taking care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. I am not even sure my dogs missed us all that much! Meghan showed up at the same time for every walk and made sure to give the dogs lots of love each time.”

“Sabrina has watched my cat twice now and does such a fabulous job! She sends me lots of pictures and updates and even changed out my smoke detector battery that was beeping!”
“Sarah always does a fantastic job. Its always scary leaving my very senior (and grumpy) kitty in someone else's hands but I know he is well cared for by Sarah. I hope to continue to book with her for all my future trips.”

About: I grew up with animals my entire life! Having multiple dogs and cats has shown me that each one has their own personality and fun traits! I am attentive of their needs and wants and have trained multiple of my family dogs. I currently have two cats and still care for my family dog! I normally work nights, from about 4pm-11pm, but there are one or two days a week that I work 9-5. I will be able to walk the pups any time needed before my night shifts, and on days off or morning shifts we can enjoy a stroll at dusk. Because my schedule can fluctuate, I will be sure to have a conversation with you about what that will look like before booking if needed! I will be sure to keep dogs on leash during walks and take them out for exercise at least twice a day. I am apt about bringing doggy bags for cleanup to be a good neighbor! Your animals will be fed on schedule and I will make sure to actually spend time with them - not just drop by for 10 minutes and leave. I know they need to be active and stimulated and loved!
About: I’ve cared for neighborhood animals since I was around 11 and got my own dogs at 12. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and energy levels and love them all. I’m an RN looking to spend some quality time with some good puppies. I work three days a week 7a-7p and in August will go part time while I’m in grad school. I live in an apartment so walks and hanging out at the doggo’s house would be best. I am very responsible and can’t wait to throw a frisbee, go on walks, and cuddle with the puppers.
“Meredith is the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. You could not ask for more. Very responsive, goes above and beyond what’s needed, has a real feeling for what your pet needs. Outstanding. I’m so grateful.”

“Repeat client here, and there’s a reason we continue to use Tiffany every single time, she’s simply the best. From a practical standpoint, consistency and trust matter, and Tiffany delivers on both. She has taken care of Toots multiple times for drop-ins and walks, and every experience has been seamless. Toots can be particular, and Tiffany just gets her. That level of understanding isn’t luck, it’s skill and genuine care. What this means is I never have to second-guess anything. Tiffany is reliable, communicative, and always ensures Toots is safe, exercised, and well cared for. More importantly, Toots clearly enjoys her time with her, which says everything. In reality, when you find someone this dependable and attentive, you don’t keep searching, you stick with them. Highly recommend Tiffany. We’ll continue booking her again and again ❤️:”

“Wendy is excellent! She is punctual, kind, and respectful. She is great with our new rescue dog, and takes care of her like one of her own! Wendy took time to meet our dog prior to drop in visits to make sure she’d be a good fit. I highly recommend her to take care of your pup ☺️”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - East End
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! I’m extremely protective of my cat, Lily, so leaving her is never easy. From the start, she made us feel completely at ease and took amazing care of Lily while we were away. She went above and beyond by checking for any accidents, sending updates, and even bringing in our Amazon packages. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Lily was in such caring hands. I highly recommend her, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Meghan did an amazing job with my elderly, timid dog. She was very patient with Leo and did her best to earn his trust. Meghan is very knowledgeable with animal behavior, and has plenty of patience and tolerance and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.

Sara handled our anxious ridden diabetic cat so well while we were gone. It was our first time putting the responsibility of blood glucose testing and insulin injections in someone else’s hands and Sara put our minds at ease while we were gone. Our kitty is not the easiest thing to put up with and we are so grateful for Sara doing it for us! We will definitely use her again!

Tiffany cared for my two cats while my pup and I went camping for a weekend. I had no service during the entire trip, which would normally make me feel anxious about leaving pets at home, but I was confident that they were in good hands! Once I got service again, I caught up on all the detailed updates Tiffany provided about my happy kitties.
