“Kori was a lifesaver. Our daughter's wedding was an all day event and I realized last minute that we wiykd need someone to check on and feed the dogs. Cue Kori! She jumped right in and handled it for us. We have used her before and absolutely will use her again.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we are so happy with our experience. Kristi was wonderful with our two kitties. Kristi sent us lots of photos during each of her visits and put our minds at ease while we were away from home! She was communicative, attentive, and we know the cats loved her because even our shyest kitty came out to play with her. Kristi is super thoughtful and brought our packages in while we were away too! We will definitely use Kristi again and highly recommend!”

“Christin is so kind and helpful! She’s been amazing with my new puppy and even my incredibly shy 7 year old dog who usually takes a very long time to warm up to people! I can tell she genuinely cares and that’s invaluable to me.”

About: I have several years of experience caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and bunnies, across many different breeds and temperaments. While I’m still building experience with senior pets, I’m enthusiastic about learning and adapting to meet their unique needs with love and care. I am a student at BSU, so my daily routine includes waking up at 9, classes from 11-3, leaving multiple times in the day in the am, afternoon, and pm to check on your pet! In the clients home, I will closely follow any rules or regulations on where the pet can go, when it needs to go out and such. I will be there for the pet when needed and make sure no mess is left behind.

“Faith was amazing and very accommodating for my two elderly dogs. She kept me informed while she did two drop-in visits for me, and sent lots of pics! I would definitely use her again and recommend her!”

“Gwen was fantastic, and I highly recommend her! She communicated with me well with great pics of my kitties at each visit. When I returned, both of my cats were happy and healthy, and my apartment was clean/tidy. My cats can be a bit shy, but they did excellently with Gwen, taking to her almost immediately.”

“Shannon has done an excellent job for me, she is responsive, provides updates, sends pictures and most important gives my pup some love when I can't be home...”

About: I am 18 years old and currently live at home with my sister (16) and parents. I have one dog who is very friendly and one very laid back cat. I have a big yard however, it is not fenced. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have had several dog walking/ dog sitting jobs the past few years. I will be going to college in late September but am free the majority of time before then! :)
“Kaylah was fantastic and so flexible with our changing needs. I really felt like she cared about doing what was best for the dogs, not just checking off a task. She really went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have spent my entire life with dogs growing up. I volunteered at the local animal shelter in Las Vegas as well as dog sitting for several repeat client’s dogs and created my own clientele before moving to Boise. As a Rover user myself, I know exactly what I want in a Rover sitter and make it my mission to do the same for every pet I watch. I have experience giving medication and caring for older dogs as well as special needs. My current dog is very shy and has separation anxiety so I am very knowledgeable with shy pets. I work from home so I am able to spend lots of time with your dog to make sure they are well cared for. I also have lots of time and the ability to walk your dog wherever your prefer. Neighborhood, green belt or the foothills. I live in an apartment with my dog and take him on walks frequently. I have the flexibility to stay at your pets home for long periods of time while house sitting or taking them on engaging walks.
“Lauryn was awesome! We contacted her last minute as we had to leave pretty quickly with no one available to help out with our dogs. She sent pictures of them at each drop-in, which gave us some relief. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Lauryn.”

“Aaron continues to be the BEST of the BEST!!!! My furry friends are comfortable being with Aaron, especially B.T. Always appreciate his thoughtfulness, attention to detail, great communication, and being dependable when I need his help. MUCHAS GRACIAS AARON.”
About: I have a genuine love for animals and experience caring for pets with a variety of needs and personalities. I make sure I take the time to learn each pets routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. Whether that be playtime, walks, feeding, or simply offering companionship, I make sure to treat every pet as if they were my own! I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and communicative (expect a lot of photos), and I always aim to give pet parents peace of mind so they can enjoy their trip. I’ve had lots of experiences with my own dog and other friends and family animals, including feeding, walking, cleaning up the yard, making sure they get medication at correct times, and most importantly spending time with them to ensure they feel calm and cared for. I’ll also very respectful of clients’ homes and make sure everything is left as it was and that it is clean and tidy! I am a full time college student at Boise State University with a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to be check in on your animals in the mornings and late afternoons, as well as selected mid-day time depending on the day. This makes me a great option for drop-in visits, whether your pet needs feeding, a walk, or extra playtime and attention. On the weekends my days are pretty much completely free and would love to take your animals on hikes or longer walks. If there are any other special requests that you ask please feel free to message me! I understand how important it is to trust someone in your home and with your pet. I take that responsibility very seriously and always prioritize safety, respect, and reliability. I treat your home and animals how I would want someone treating my home and pet. I carefully follow all instructions provided, keep doors and gates secure, and remain attentive to your pet at all times. I treat every home with great care and respect, leaving it just as I found it, and I aim to create a calm, comfortable environment where your pet can continue to feel at home.

“Sara is a total pro. A testament to Rover. We could tell she loves animals and takes this seriously. Great communication, flexibility, and follow-through. Our puppy was searching the house for her last night!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 13. The first dog I had to care for was my own, when I got my dog Dash my dad said we could keep her if my siblings and I took care of her. She is now 10 years old and the greatest responsibility I have taken care of in my life. I also started dog sitting for friends and family not long after. I have taken care of older dogs who need medication and help with their mobility. Puppies who have been from 1 month to 1 year old, whether it was stopping by afterschool to let them out while potty training or keeping them active. I’ve taken care of dogs from complicated backgrounds who need more time to open up. One of the dogs I regularly take care of was a rescue who didn’t like men and was scared of new people I would spend time with the family in their home so the dog could get used to me before i would take care of him on my own. Understanding a dogs personality and being respectful of their space is always important to learn to establish a connection with a dog. Adapting to their routine makes for an easy transition for both dog and owner. I enjoy caring for dogs and getting to know them, there’s nothing greater then having a dog by your side. I am more compatible with pets who can go a few hours without supervision. Currently I am home for break from college and have most of my schedule free. In the summer when I come back to Boise I work a part time job. So being able to leave for a few hours works the best for me. When taking care of someone else’s pet I always ask as many questions as possible, based on both the pet and owner. Learning their routines, personalities and quirks helps me best adapt to the lifestyle both pet and owner share. When taking care of a pet in their own home being respectful and responsible is a must not only do I have to earn the pets trust but also the owners. I am being trusted with someone’s beloved pet and want to make sure it’s easy for both parties. I have a chiwinne named Dash who is my pride and joy. She loves to lounge in the sun, in warmer weather she will always be outside in our fully fenced backyard where we can see her. She likes to go on a small walk each day and play inside with her toys. Dash would rather stay laying in her bed or the couch all day if she could but we always try to keep her healthy and safe. Being part winner dog she still has a long spine, we always try to make sure she’s careful from not hurting herself.
“Emily did an excellent job taking care of our dogs, they really enjoyed her, she brought in the mail and watered our plants we will book her again any time, thank you the Sorensens”

Sophia was amazing and exactly what we needed during our vacation. She was so great sending updates and pictures, spending time playing and walking Kona and giving her great 1on1 time throughout the day. We will hire her every time we are out of town, it was perfect!

We went on vacation for 3 weeks and Breyona did a great job taking care of our cat. We appreciated how she kept us informed while we were away and sent pictures of our cat. It made our trip better knowing our cat was well taken care of and we could rely on her while we were away.
