Home all day and flexible schedule!
I don't remember a time when I didn't have a pet. Growing up my family always had at least 4 (but normally more) cats, a dog, hamsters, and frogs, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. My love for animals has only grown since then. I am a genuine animal fanatic!! In my adult life, I have had the joy of caring for 4 dogs (3 chihuahuas and 1 westie), assisting with a few litters of puppies, 3 cats, and 4 chickens. If you are wondering... yes, I am that person that asks if they can pet your dog when you are on a walk, tries to coax the neighbor cat to let me pet it, and stops to watch a squirrel bury a nut. A little bit more about me... I moved back to Boise in 2023 (I grew up just outside of Boise). I have a bachelor's in public health. I enjoy spending time outside hiking, biking, doing yoga, and diving. I am retired and have a flexible schedule. I will give your animal all the love and attention they need while you are gone. I feel comfortable with all ages of dogs and cats. As I mentioned I have helped with litters of puppies, house trained all of our dogs/cats, and cared for elderly dogs. I can administer medicine and feeding schedules as needed.

We’ve been lucky to have Elyse drop in and take care of our cat while we been on town the last couple years. She’s an elderly cat with many needs and a finicky diet. Elyse was nothing but the best and I would highly encourage you to have her watch your pets!

I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. For the most part I should be able to adapt to whatever time schedule works for you.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
Caring for your pet and making sure they are comfortable and feel safe is important to me. That is why I prefer to care for your pet at your home or walk them in their favorite park.
A typical day
Your babies will be treated like my own which means lots of snuggles, walks/playtime, and are allowed on my furniture. I have my own yard and live in a very walkable neighborhood.
