About: I’ve loved dogs ever since I was a kid, and caring for them has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for my family and friends for years, giving me plenty of experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. I also have a lot of experience with senior dogs, including regularly caring for my parents’ senior dog. I understand that older dogs often need extra patience, attention, and a little more TLC. My goal is always to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care! I’m currently job searching, so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets! I also live near the Greenbelt, making it easy to enjoy convenient, scenic walks. I’m available for daytime walks, feeding, and playtime. I treat every pet with patience, care, and attention, and I love meeting new furry friends!

About: I have been taking care of family/friend pets through the entirety of high school and afterwards. I have worked with a positive feedback trainer with my dog and have been able to apply those teachings to other behaviors in animals. I also know how to handle medications for dogs, from pills, intestine liquids, and topical creams. I absolutely adore big dogs and will totally let them be lap dogs. I love little dogs, even if they try to be ferocious creatures. I work a part-time job and am focusing most of my free time to medical concerns. I traditionally work in the early morning, 6-12. This leaves my afternoons free for the pets, but I can figure out how to care for them in the morning if necessary. Beyond that, I want to maintain active with the animals, playing, cuddling and taking for walks. I have 3 dogs of varying sizes (8, 25, & 100). They have different diets and activity levels, but all maintain their appropriate body weight. We have a fenced backyard for them to roam around in. The big dog is an anxious creature so he gets put in the crate when everyone leaves the house. I specifically worked with him on it and he has done wonderfully with positive reinforcement. I am able to transfer this knowledge to other animals, it might just take a few tries. Access to treats might help 😋. For walks, I can handle dogs big dogs and the ones that pull pretty well. I refuse to use choke chains and shock collars. If they are wearing one, I would like (with your permission) to switch it for a regular collar during the time of my stay.

About: Hello! We are looking to help people out in our free time with pet care. Please note we can only accept small dogs who are good with cats for day care/boarding at this time. Please let us know a few times you are available for a meet and greet before hand to ensure it is a good fit! We have two cats and one dog; and between the two of us have many years of experience with cats, puppies and senior dogs. Audrie also volunteers at the local pet shelter and has gained a but of knowledge in dog training. We will be on time, provide lots of photos while you are away, and be certain to follow your instructions exactly as written. We look forward to meeting you and your pets! Between the two of us, we are very flexible. Our only routine is walking our dog in the morning and evening, and feeding our animals twice per day. We have a fenced backyard, and let our pets go out when they want, but mostly they stay inside. We take our dog on two walks daily. We will follow whatever direction you have. Because of our cats, we can only accept small dogs into our home for boarding, but can go to your home as needed.

About: My son, Henry (11), and daughter, Ella (9), love animals of all kinds and were interested in becoming pet sitters/dog walkers. My husband, Ben, and I offered to partner with our kids so they would have some help as they started their journey. The details below are a little more about Henry and Ella. Please note that Ben and I will be the primary caretakers for any animals we interact with and are comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. (Henry) I have been around dogs of all ages my entire life. From puppies to senior dogs, I am sure to walk at a pace the dog is comfortable with and take breaks if the dog needs time to rest. (Ella) I love all dogs but especially those that like to be pet and snuggled. (Henry) Most of the time weekends are free for me so I thought why not start a dog walking business to start saving money. Outside of animals, I enjoy learning about computers and new technology. (Ella) I am normally free in the afternoons after school. Outside of dog sitting I enjoy gymnastics. (Henry) I have a pug that I walk everyday in my neighborhood. Even though I have a small dog, I also have experience with larger dogs such as boxers, golden retrievers, pyrenees, labs, doodles, and border collies. (Ella) When the dogs are in my backyard, I stay with them to make sure they feel comfortable.

About: Hi there, fellow pet lovers! I’m Cynthia, and I’m so glad you stopped by... I live in the beautiful North End of Boise and have been pet-sitting for years, caring for dogs and cats! Consider me your trusted ally who is dedicated to enriching your pet's daily experience while simplifying yours. I grew up with Saint Bernards, so handling large dogs is second nature to me. Our home was always full of animals—strays, rescues, and the occasional “foster fail” who became family. We made room for whoever needed it, and that mindset has stayed with me ever since. I’m comfortable with a full range of pet temperaments, whether they’re anxious zoomers or mellow seniors who just want a calm presence and some TLC. Got a skittish kitty? A bossy little lion? No worries, I speak fluent feline! With a background in cat enrichment and behavior modification, I have a knack for earning the trust of even the most standoffish and secretive cats. Whether your furry companion is shy, bold, or somewhere in between, I can read kitties well, and I always bring a calm, grounded energy that helps them feel safe and secure. I’m also borderline obsessive (in a good way) about secure entries and exits. If your pet is a known escape artist, trust that I’ll take special care not to let them out! Whatever kind of care your best friend needs, I’m happy to help with drop-in visits, walks, meds, belly rubs, playtime, you name it. Also, please ask me anything if you can't find it in my profile! I'm happy to discuss extra services that you or your pet needs to feel loved, safe, and happy while you're away! I am recently retired early from the tech industry and now have time to give back to my community and neighbors! I'm available 7 days a week, and for overnights if needed and if the fit is right! Contact me anytime, and we can coordinate something that works, whether it's just hanging out with your pet or having a fun adventure! I've lived a lifetime with pets and rescued animals, so for me they are family. I treat all living things with respect, understanding, and care. I'm always thinking ahead of potential scenarios when planning any outings, making sure I'm prepared with extra leashes, treats, and/or a strong understanding of an area and what to expect.

About: I grew up caring for, and raising all kinds of animals. I have always had a genuine love for all animals. :) I have a cat and a small dog at home. Our family loves our animals dearly and we will love and care for your pet like our own! I am currently a student and I work very part-time. I have plenty of time and attention to give to your pet(s)! I am usually always home during the day unless I am needing to run a quick errand. I have a fully fenced yard. Samatha was wonderful. As stated in her experience block she is "dedicated to being in tune with each animal and their individual personalities, unique quirks and tells, likes and dislikes, and personal sensitivities" which proved absolutely true in our case with our high energy, reactive dog who is also epileptic. She is knowledgeable and sensitive to the animal as well as the pet parent(s). Since I was home when she came to walk the dog for us I had the opportunity to chat with her a bit and watch how she worked with our dog. She was great and we hope to see her again.
