9. Kristi M.
“5 stars all around. Being a first time dog owner, it is very important for me to have someone I can trust, feel safe and comfortable with leaving my dog. Kristi checks all these boxes and more, she is very organized and if my puppy has an accident, she cleans it up. She treats my home like hers and takes care of my dog with a lot of love and affection. I really look forward to Kristi’s pictures from her walks and my puppies interactions with her adorable daughter. The two together are beyond cute for words. Most importantly Kristi is very prompt in her replies and I feel like I can always reach out to her. I am glad I found a trustworthy person who cares for my dog as much as I do, if not more.”
10. Sarah S.
About: Hello, My name is Sarah. I'm a freelance writer and musician, prior to this, I was a manager within the credit union industry for 12 years! I travel quite frequently and have done many pet and house sits while visiting different states and countries. I have met some amazing pet parents and pets alike in my travels! Boise, Idaho is home base for me for the majority of the year. I thoroughly enjoy being entrusted to watch over others pets and homes while they are away and have done so for friends, family, or through Rover or Trusted House Sitters for many years. I have experience with various dog breeds and temperaments, cats, turtles, and the occasional farm animal. I have experience with larger breeds of dogs and can handle a puller! I am quite active and enjoy multiple walks or runs. I do not currently have any pets, with my traveling lifestyle, it just isn’t plausible. I hope to again eventually but right now I really enjoy being able to care for other’s animals. My schedule is very open with the nature of my work. I am able to adapt to just about any schedule while I’m not traveling. I treat a client's home and animals with respect and cater to the needs that they are accustomed to. I am attentive and understanding of varying needs of the client and their pets.
11. Maddy L.
“I've known Maddy for over 10 years. She is responsible, reliable, and great with pets. Our own dog, Sadie, is a big fan. She loves when Maddy comes over to take her on walks or play ball in the backyard. When we've asked Maddy to watch Sadie for a long weekend she always comes back happy and content. Maddy is also a responsive communicator and I appreciate that so much. I confidently recommend her to other friends and neighbors in search of a great caretaker.”
12. Emily P.
“Emily was slightly outside our immediate area but I liked her profile and she was quick to respond. We’ve both been post surgery, then sick so our sweet boy had been cooped up for a couple days & was very excited to meet Emily. Once she learned he prefers park play over walks, she took him to one of his favorites and spent well over the allotted time both bookings. In turn, we had a very happy exercised Doodle who got to romp with pup pals.”
13. Dena M.
“My Annie gets SO excited to see Dena. And, I recently had a family medical crisis and Dena was able and so willing to help me on the last minute with Annie. I’m forever grateful.”
14. Alexandra G.
“My wife and I had Alex dog sit at our house, off-and-on, for or over a year. She is EXCEPTIONAL! Our two pandemic pups are the most precious things to us so having Alex take care of them for us meant the world. Never did we worry about their wellbeing while away. I highly recommend Alex - you can't go wrong!”
15. Billy K.
“Billy was great with our dog Koda. Communication was great. He arrived on time and sent a picture of Koda on her walk. We will definitely have Billy help us out again.”
16. Shannon T.
“Shannon is great! She’s professional, responsible, and you can tell she truly loves and knows dogs. I highly recommend her services!”
17. Carly T.
“Carly was absolutely a life saver in giving me peace of mind with my goldendoodle, while I was out of town. She is a great communicator, has a great nurturing sense about her, took lots of pictures on their walks and was the highlight of my fur babies days in my absence. I would highly recommend her for any house/pet sitting needs.”
18. Nicole A.
“Nicole cared for both of my dogs during her time in LA. Despite my dogs being quite energetic and demanding, Nicole provided them with exceptional attention and care. Initially, I was hesitant about entrusting someone new with my pets, fearing any potential mishaps. However, Nicole surpassed my expectations. She not only ensured their well-being but also maintained open communication by sending regular updates and photos, alleviating any concerns I had. I wholeheartedly recommend Nicole without hesitation; her kindness, communication skills, and reliability make her an excellent choice for any pet owner seeking peace of mind and top-notch care.”
19. Heidi S.
“She very kind and loving towards my pup, made him feel comfortable while away from me. He wasn't nervous when I got him back. It was a very easy process and Heidi was polite and professional. Will return next time.”
20. Kory B.
“Kory came to our house to walk and check in on our dog multiple times per day while we were on vacation. Since our dog isn't great around other dogs and therefore can't stay at a sitter's house, we were very grateful that Kory was willing to do this for us! She gave a little update each time she came over and sent a photo each time, which really helped calm my nerves about how our dog was doing, especially since this was their first time meeting. I am pretty particular about who I allow to care for my dog, but I felt like Sherlock was in great hands with Kory the entire time! She was even able to check up on him for an additional day at the last minute when our flight got cancelled!”
