About: Hi! My mom co-owns a nonprofit animal rescue. With this, we have had animals of any kind coming in and out of our house since 2016. We have had cats from bottle-fed, all the way to senior cats. We have had a litter of 9 puppies at once. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelter. Animals are my passion, I have such a strong love for them and would love to contribute this passion! I am an online college student, so I am able to do my schoolwork whenever needed. I am home most of the day, which is very convenient for being able to care for my animals. I care for pets by making sure they are safe, comfortable, and well taken care of! About: Hello and thanks for taking a look at my profile! I recently returned to Boise after my studies. I'm looking to meet new dog sitting clients in the area! My experience with dogs spans more than ten years. I have fostered and found homes for 18 dogs and puppies through the IHS. I have also dog-sat for families since I was in high school and throughout college! I've trained puppies and rehabilitated shy dogs so that they could get the chance to find a loving home. I would love to get the chance to meet you and your pup(s)! I used to dogsit in Norway, which is where I was previously studying for a few years. That's why some of my reviews and information is in Norwegian :) I work full time so can suit pets whose needs fit this situation. I have a pretty standard routine: morning walks and an evening walk. Sometimes we go on hikes or swimming adventures. Let me know your pets' needs and I can accomodate their routine as well. The well-being of your pet comes first. I prefer to know how much and when your dog usually eats, and any extra considerations as well. About: I’ve always loved animals of all kinds. When I was a kid I used to be told not to pet certain animals because they were deemed “unfriendly”, most of them time people were shocked when their animal would warm up to me after making such a statement. Animals are much more intelligent and empathetic than some people give them credit for. Give me a choice between a room full of humans or a room full of animals, and I’ll take the room full of animals every time. I started pet setting when I was 12 and I’ve been doing it on and off ever since. I used to have a dog, sadly he passed from heart failure and I’ve just barely gotten to the point where I’m thinking about getting another. I miss his energy and miss taking him on hikes and long walks. Getting up early is not a problem for me. I live right by the greenbelt so we will be going on lots of walks! At the moment my schedule is very open. I have 2 cats who love dogs, but I know not all dogs love cats. I am more than willing to come over and dog sit and even bring you pup In during the times I’m there as long as your pup likes cats, otherwise me walking your pup and boarding at your house would be better suited for all parties involved.

I’ve had experience with a fair variety over the course of my life— fish, cats, dogs, turtles, guinea pigs, hermit crabs, bunnies, a wolf spider once... I am a very responsible and trustworthy person, and the best interest of the animal and owner’s personal wishes are always my priority, especially because I understand how important it is to be consistent when a pet-owner’s time and money are put into tasks like training and scheduling. I feel that animals are like family. Personally, my pets are my babies, and I would do anything to make sure they are well taken care of, and most importantly, happy and enjoying this short life. I look forward to meeting you, and your companion(s)! FUN FACT: I trained my oldest cat to walk on a leash and harness, and trained both of them to sit, lay down, stay, and come! I work a full-time job, from Wednesday through Saturday. I am available Sunday through Tuesday at any time to help support you with your companion(s). I have two cats at my home who are fed twice a day with free access throughout the apartment unless I know I will be out and about for a long period. I separate my cats to ensure safety from any bullying stemming from redirected or play aggression, and to still allow feeding as they both have different diets. Because they are cats, we have play time when they show signs of being open to it, and we enjoy lots of cuddles and petting—when they are open to it lol! My cats enjoy hanging out on the balcony or by an open window and I check up on them frequently when the screen door is shut to make sure they are comfortable. I interact with them like family, talking to them and watching movies with them!
