About: Hello my name is Kaitlin and I am a wife and registered nurse looking to enrich my life and make extra income by taking care of your dogs! I am experienced with all breeds large and small, I have a house with a large fenced in yard. I have dog sat for neighbors as they traveled and am home most days. I walk or run 2-3 miles a day and would love to have a furry friend to join me. I have flexibility in my schedule and am happy to help you out and work with you to create a schedule you are happy with. I live with my Husband who is a veteran. We have two fur babies of our own. About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages because I have always had dogs of my own. I provide loving, reliable care with plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I am comfortable with reactive dogs because I have one of my own. I’m responsible, trustworthy, and treat every dog like my own. I work at a coffee shop, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule when it comes to caring for dogs and cats. I’m usually off early in the afternoon and available for the rest of the day and evening. Even on days when I close, I’m done by 7 PM, so I can still provide evening walks, drop-ins, and care. I’m happy to work around your schedule and make sure your dog and cat gets the attention and care they need. I always follow the safety procedures and guidelines that each client has in place for their pets. When caring for dogs, I make sure they are never left unattended in situations where I cannot keep an eye on them. I also have experience and training working with reactive dogs and safely walking dogs of different personalities and needs. I take safety seriously and want both the dogs and their owners to feel comfortable and confident in my care.

About: I have been taking care of family/friend pets through the entirety of high school and afterwards. I have worked with a positive feedback trainer with my dog and have been able to apply those teachings to other behaviors in animals. I also know how to handle medications for dogs, from pills, intestine liquids, and topical creams. I absolutely adore big dogs and will totally let them be lap dogs. I love little dogs, even if they try to be ferocious creatures. I work a part-time job and am focusing most of my free time to medical concerns. I traditionally work in the early morning, 6-12. This leaves my afternoons free for the pets, but I can figure out how to care for them in the morning if necessary. Beyond that, I want to maintain active with the animals, playing, cuddling and taking for walks. I have 3 dogs of varying sizes (8, 25, & 100). They have different diets and activity levels, but all maintain their appropriate body weight. We have a fenced backyard for them to roam around in. The big dog is an anxious creature so he gets put in the crate when everyone leaves the house. I specifically worked with him on it and he has done wonderfully with positive reinforcement. I am able to transfer this knowledge to other animals, it might just take a few tries. Access to treats might help 😋. For walks, I can handle dogs big dogs and the ones that pull pretty well. I refuse to use choke chains and shock collars. If they are wearing one, I would like (with your permission) to switch it for a regular collar during the time of my stay.
