I run,walk and throw the best balls
I grew up on a ranch with sheep dogs cow dogs guard dogs, bird dogs, and everything in between. I've owned catahoulas, chesapeaks, and now have a 5yo female spayed black lab. I work full time, so evenings and weekends are easiest my lunch hour is flexible. Almost always available before 8am and after 4:30 pm most days I have an 3/4 fenced .5 acre back yard, back off of the nearby road, and a 50-100 ft line of parachute cord for a long run and play line.

Schedule
I'm available most weekends and holidays after 4:00 p.m. and prior to 8:00 a.m. do anything more than 5 days, starts to impact my own dog.

My personal yard is not fenced, but my dog has been trained to remain in our own area. She is very sweet and friendly and gets along with every dog and cat she has ever been around. So as long as yours is not overly aggressive or dominant she is it great companion and playmate.
Pets
A typical day
I walk and run in the foothill trail system, usually on leash, as I never trust other people's dogs to be well behaved. I always pick up and pack out my dogs "contributions" and I don't allow random treats. I run three times a week 2-5 Mike's and walk almost every day.
