Loving Energetic Dog Walker/Hiker
I love being with dogs, caring for them and taking them for walks, hikes and runs. I have cared for and currently care for several different dogs, big and small. I take them on long walks and hikes, play with them, feed them as needed, spend quality time with them, clean up after them, and make sure to follow any directions left for me by the family. Also, I am very happy to take care of other pets, such as cats, birds, fish, reptiles etc. My specialty is exercising dogs. I love to go on long walks and hikes with groups of dogs. I also am an avid runner and love having a four legged running partner. Also sometimes I take dogs to dog parks. In addition I have a toddler who is sometimes with me. He loves dogs! I am very excited to take care of your dogs, give them plenty of exercise and I guarantee I will provide quality care and lots of love.

Emily did a fantaastic job with my Lucy. She was great at sending daily pictures and updates and veery quick in communication. Lucy was always smiling in the pictures which is how I know she had a great time! We’ll definitely consider using Emily again!

Schedule
Typically I hike/walk groups of dogs during the day. Flexibility on time, dogs who need lots of exercise, and dogs that get along with others is ideal.

I follow directions given to me by the owners pertaining to feeding, potty, etc. I make sure the home stays clean and tidy. I make sure the dogs get plenty of exercise and outside time.
A typical day
It depends upon the dog and their needs and likes, but walks and hikes will always be a big part of my caring for them. Other activities, depending upon the dog, may be runs, playing ball, and going to the dog park.

- I like to know any needs the dogs have and what they really enjoy doing. I also like to know if they are good with other dogs, people and children. I love all breeds and really enjoy meeting every different kind of breed and learning about them. However I don't feel fully equipped to care for greyhounds.
