“Meghan was absolutely wonderful! It was our first time using Rover and she put every worry at ease. She sent photos and updates and was extremely flexible and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be coming to her for future dog sitting needs!”

“Emily was wonderful! She provided photos, updates, and was very flexible with pickup/drop off times. It’s clear Emily loves animals and Beanie seemed to feel comfortable with her right away. Will definitely be reaching out in the future!”

“Great first experience with Lori. Sent lots of photos of my 2 dogs. Above average communication. Got my dogs plenty of exercise. I will be booking Lori next time I go out of town. Thanks again Lori!”

“My dog had such a good time. I was so relieved to have found Ashley because I hate leaving him. She sent a ton of pictures and updates while I was away.”

“Jazzi took such good care of Finn while I was out of town! She was able to accommodate a very last minute booking and exceeded all my hopes for a dog sitter. She updated me with pictures and I could tell he was loving his time with her and the other pups!”

“We never worry about Mimi when she is with Benita and family. Mimi is never stressed about going and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Thank you, Benita!”

“Our heartfelt thanks to Bob & Vicky for the great care & love they gave our old Chihuahua. Photo & video updates were appreciated. Jimmy had a good time and came home in great spirits. He is calm and peaceful. Jimmy received gold star care during his visit including plenty of exercise. We think he is already missing their large back yard and cuddle time with Bob. We highly recommend this wonderful couple to take care of your buddy. We're already booking our next trip.”

“Heidi took incredible care of our dog and gave us updates throughout our vacation. Our dog has a fair amount of anxiety and does not do well in large boarding facilities, he was so happy and fulfilled when we picked him up”

“In our greet and meet interview our dog felt comfortable right away with the other dogs. We felt a relief as this is the first time we leave our dog with someone else that is not family or friend. We could see that is a caring family and he would be treated as part of it. During his stay, we got pictures showing us how great he was doing. That was something our family really liked.”

“Elizabeth and Alexander are a perfect family to care for your dog. This is a very nice family. They care about people. They care about animals. They care about themselves. They bring forth the highest of integrity and care. The communication is excellent and straightforward. I left my dog for the first time for a full day of care with Elizabeth And her children and my dog was so happy he didn’t want to leave! I’m happy to meet this family and hope that there is a long-standing relationship between us. Thank you for your kindness and care.”

“Bobbi and her family definitely loved on our Mochi the way she’s loved by us! They treated her like their own family and made sure she really was well taken-cared of. We were felt assured that we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about Mochi. She only takes one dog at a time which is what we looked for so our Mochi had all the attention. And she definitely had! Lol. She sent us pictures and videos of Mochi while we’re gone that made our hearts full. We’ll definitely book her again next time!”

“Jess is absolutely fantastic. This was our first time using Rover and Jess set the bar high. She is kind, accommodating, and courteous. She gave daily updates on our little buddy and I know that he was extremely pampered and well taken care of. Thanks so much again for everything Jess, and for getting us in last minute. You are the best!”

“I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care our Tasha provided for my two dogs, Miss Tucker and Dobby. From the start, communication was excellent, and I received daily photos and updates that showed how comfortable and happy they were. Miss Tucker and Dobby are full of energy, but Tasha was able to match their personalities and energy perfectly. They even took them on regular walks, which they absolutely love! It meant so much knowing they were getting exercise, attention, and lots of love while I was away. Coming home to two calm, happy pups said everything. It’s never easy leaving your dogs, but I had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands. I will definitely be booking again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!”

“Amanda was a perfect sitter for my hunting dog Wrigley. Given all the exercise she needed, Wrigley was allowed to socialize/play with Amanda’s two golden retrievers, was fed well, and was thoughtfully protected from the summer heat. This included early morning walks before the heat of the day. Amanda provided photos, videos and feedback to keep me apprised of Wrigley’s overall health, allowing me to more fully enjoy my time away. Wrigley quickly became part of Amanda’s family, and I am confident Wrigley received the best care possible. I highly recommend Amanda for your dog sitting needs.”

About: I’ve owned cats or dogs pretty much my entire life. Currently, I own a border collie mix and love spending time with her. I love getting to know other animals and have dog/cat sitting experience with neighbor's pets also. Currently, I’m working as an on call wildland firefighter that should get going here in about the next few months or so. I’m pretty much always available, unless I will be on a fire. I love interacting and getting to know pets in general. I also prioritize communication with the owners to keep them informed of what is going on.
“Jordan did a fantastic job with our drop in visits! She arrived on time and made sure our pups had ample play time. She provided photos and a summary after each visit. Highly recommend!”
“I have used Kristi several times and will use her again in the future. She is reliable, responds to emails/texts right away, always provides photos and notes after every visit and, most importantly, provides ease of mind for me while I'm away!”

About: I’ve been around cats for the majority of my life. My sister-in-law moved in with us at one point and I got to hangout with her cats a lot! They were out of town a lot so I had to take care of the kitties while they were away.
“Kory was fantastic caring for our cat while we were on a two week holiday. We highly recommend her. She gave our cat love and cuddles, play, and outdoor time. She sent us updates and photos every day. She was also lovely to deal with on a business level, prompt in responding to messages, and a clear communicator. We will hire her again.”

“Sarah always does a fantastic job. Its always scary leaving my very senior (and grumpy) kitty in someone else's hands but I know he is well cared for by Sarah. I hope to continue to book with her for all my future trips.”

“Niamh was TERRIFIC! She came over before I left to have me show her around and let her know where things are and I instantly felt at ease. She is professional and so very caring about pets in her charge. She sent over a daily picture and comments about what was done while I was out of town and I was so appreciative. it's such a relief to have found a pet sitter who is so considerate, professional and who takes the time to learn how she can best support our fur babes!”

Special Skills: - Proper animal handling (NO scruffing) - Providing & exceeding in cat enrichment/activities - Administration of medications - Knowledge of animal behavior - Flexibility with all feline ages, including seniors - Experience in basic animal care/cleaning protocols
“Meghan is an amazing girl with a genuine love for pets. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are well cared for. She sent lots of photos and always made sure that our babies had their litter boxes clean and food and water as requested as well as meds. She was so gracious to put up with my initial separation anxiety and made me feel at ease. I would ask her to watch my babies again a thousand times!! Thanks for everything Meghan.”

About: I started life with 3 cats and grew up with 5. I've always had cats in my life, and they are my main loves. I am patient in making friends with kitties, and with my veterinary experience, I can also administer medications as needed. I raised a cat-lover, and the pic is my big feisty grand-cat, whom I adore.
“Crystal did a great job with drop in visits for our cat over a 2 week period. She kept us updated on what our cat was up to, made sure to send us pictures and give him some pets, since he was missing us.”

“They did a great job! Our dog is high energy and can be a lot to walk so we were appreciative to have knowledgeable dog sitters that took great care. Will for sure be using again!”

About: Hi, I’m Megan! 🐾 For the past 7+ years I have devoted my life to caring for animals! Currently working as a shelter clinic manager, I have plenty of experience with both medical and behavioral sides of animal care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities while they’re in my care. I also have extra help at home! My sister lacy, who is a stay-at-home pet lover with pet-sitting experience, helps provide additional attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. This means your pet gets plenty of companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and love—even when life gets busy. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, go on walks, or just relax, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. I’m comfortable caring for pets with special needs, medications (including oral meds and all injection route's if needed), seniors, and those who may need a little extra TLC. I know how stressful it can feel leaving your pet behind, so I will provide as much communication as possible so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands. I treat every pet like family and strive to make their stay feel like a fun, safe “vacation” while you’re away. Pricing information: For Boise specifically, most sitters seem to fall into these ranges: * Budget/new sitter: $25–$35/night * Average experienced sitter: $40–$55/night * Very experienced/medical care or constant supervision: $60–$90+/night Since you work in vet med and have shelter/medical experience, if you were pet sitting at your house, you could likely charge on the higher end—especially if you’re comfortable with meds, seniors, post-op care, injections, etc. A vet-tech level sitter in Boise could reasonably start around $50–$75/night per dog. Availability & Schedule 🐾 I work Sunday–Wednesday, but your pet will still receive plenty of love, attention, and care! I have Thursday, Friday, and Saturday fully off, allowing for lots of one-on-one time, walks, playtime, and cuddles. To make sure pets always have companionship and supervision, my sister is home 100% of the time as a stay-at-home animal lover with pet-sitting experience. Between the two of us, your pet will have consistent care, attention, potty breaks, and lots of love throughout the day. Our Home Environment 🐾 We strive to provide a fun, loving, and safe home-away-from-home experience for every pet in our care! Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play safely. We also have three smaller, friendly dogs who love making new friends (while always respecting each pet’s comfort level and personality). Whether your pup enjoys playing, cuddling, or relaxing, we make sure they feel comfortable and included. There are plenty of cozy dog beds, toys, treats, and attention to go around! We treat every pet like family and do our best to keep their routine as comfortable and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Safety, supervision, love, and lots of tail wags are always our priority.
“Mary was absolutely awesome! She helped out last minute with a meet and greet and watched my little Finn during my first week back at school. This was Finn’s first time away from me, and she made him so comfortable that he was excited to come back every time. She was incredibly responsive, went above and beyond, and made everything so easy. Finn always came back calm, happy, and ready to cozy up. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“We put in a very last minute request for a sitter for our 2 dogs and Maddy happily accepted! Seamless communication, drop off, and pickup! Dogs were well taken care of for the few hours they were with her!!”

“Amy was the best! Not only did she take such great care of my dog, she also went above and beyond to allow me to drop off a little early and pick up a little late. 10/10 experience with her!!”

“We had our two springers stay at Sam and Genna’s for daycare yesterday for the first time. First, my babies came home happy and tired (exactly what I was looking for 😂). I can tell they loved their time there. Second, Sam is kind and attentive with dogs, responsive with questions, and I love that he has a “safety first” approach. You never know what could happen so it gave me extra comfort that they are supervising the dogs during playtime, not just letting the dogs play on their own. I’m sold as a repeat customer! We’ll be back guys, your service is a gem and you’ve met all our needs in our search for a reliable sitter!!”

“Although we only required a few hours of dog sitting, I was impressed by Elise’s caring and engaged personality. Will definitely keep her in mind when back in Boise and if sitting is necessary.”

“Jenny was wonderful and took such great care of my pup. She was so very accommodating for my last minute needs and was even so kind when my dog decided not to be on his best behavior (messing in the house). Would recommend her for sure!”

Every week is different, but I'm available almost every weekday and most weekends. My backyard is secure and big dog approved with plenty of room to run around. “Winnie is always through the roof excited to see Shelly and her two Goldens. She knows as soon as we reach her street that it’s daycare time-and I can barely keep Winnie from yanking the leash out of my hand. Shelly takes great care of her!”

About: Hi! My name is Brooke and I have petsitted for people for almost 20 years. I love animals of all sorts of shapes and sizes. I hope you'll consider me for watching your babies and here is why. I've administered shots and medicine and up until 2 years ago I had pets of my own. I lost my heart dog Murphy on NYE of 22 in surgery, got diagnosed with Cervical cancer myself that March, mid-April had a radical hysterectomy. A week before my birthday that year I also lost my cat to a dog or coyote attack. Murphy(dog) was 10, Velcro(cat) was 15 and my lil shadow. I lost all that is light and love that year. I cannot have kids, and I dearly miss my fur babies nothing will ever replace them but I do have a big heart. I am tired of going home to an empty house. I want someone to argue over the last bite with and whether or not cheese really is a dessert. I am ready to get another dog, but first savings!!! I've always had savings for myself and my animals because life can go sideways. So that's why I'm here! I'm currently working two part time jobs to help pay the bills and what I get here will go straight to savings so I am properly prepared to get a pup of my own. I would love nothing more to love on your animals while I prepare for my own. And possible into the future as well. I am currently only available for overnight petsitting at your home I am working 2 part time jobs and gone for about 8 hrs a day for said jobs except maybe one day a week. Your animal is my main priority! I chill with them and follow th parameters paid out for me. And hang with them for the agreed upon timeframes

About: I’ve been pet sitting for around 8 years now, family friends and neighbors often rely on me to check in and feed their pets. I’ve also been a vet tech for 2 years so I have plenty of experience with medications and any medical needs. Whether it’s stopping by for a quick visit or spending extra cuddle time, I’m able to fit my schedule around each pet’s needs. I believe every pet feels happiest when their routine stays familiar, so I always follow your pet’s normal schedule and comfort level. About: Raised by a veterinarian, I have been an animal-lover my whole life. Over my lifetime, I've had and/or cared for cats, dogs, and many other animals. I've done farm-sitting and worked for veterinarians as a technician, so I'm comfortable with giving medications and caring for animals of any size, age, and temperament. I got my first personal pet (that I didn't have to share with my family) for my 13th birthday, and have rarely been without at least one fur baby ever since. I currently have a standard poodle named (Criminitly) Trigger, after the vulture on Disney's Robin Hood. He is a goofy, Velcro, momma's boy who has earned the nickname Captain Kangaroo from his grandma. He loves to "help" me do everything, including rehearse music with my uncle. I am a full-time student at Boise State, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I would love to help your furry babies be happy until you return. I'm happy to spend time at your fur baby's home giving them whatever attention they need. I can do drop-in visits for dogs and cats of any size, and take puppers out on walks, whether you're out of town or just at work for long hours. If they need medications, I can do that, too.

About: I have grown up with many animals in my household including birds, rodents, chickens, cats, and of course dogs. I love working with animals and getting the opportunity to give them the love and care that they need. Once I moved out and started school, I decided to get my own dog, and it was the best decision I ever made! I have a three-year-old blue heeler who needs tons of attention and care and from this experience I have learned a lot about dogs and how to care for certain breeds properly. I am currently a college student on summer break looking to fill my time with an activity I will enjoy. I am free whenever needed any day or time of the week. I live in a duplex home and have a fenced backyard with a community dog park available. I do have one dog myself with an available crate if needed to crate your pet.

About: My love for animals comes from years of caring for my own pets. I currently share my home with Lottie, my 11-year-old cat, who keeps life interesting with her curious and adventurous personality. She's even leash trained and enjoys safely exploring the outdoors with me. Before Lottie, I had a Yorkie named Tequila who was my companion for 17 wonderful years. He passed away about four years ago, but he taught me so much about patience, dedication, and the deep bond we can have with our pets. Tequila was incredibly adventurous, and we spent years backpacking and exploring together. Caring for animals through every stage of life, from energetic adventures to senior care, has given me a genuine understanding of the attention, love, and reliability that pets deserve. My availability is Wednesday through Saturday, and I'd love to help with dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat sitting. Whether your pet needs a midday walk, companionship while you're away, or someone to maintain their routine, I'm happy to provide reliable care. I'm also open to occasional house-sitting opportunities when needed. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone who will treat your animals with the same care and attention you would. When caring for pets, safety, consistency, and trust are my top priorities. I take instructions seriously and will follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication instructions, and any special care requirements. I am committed to providing a clean, healthy, and low-stress environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. Whether I'm stopping by for a visit, taking a dog for a walk, or staying in your home, you can trust that your animals will be well cared for, closely supervised, and treated with kindness and respect.
About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 13. The first dog I had to care for was my own, when I got my dog Dash my dad said we could keep her if my siblings and I took care of her. She is now 10 years old and the greatest responsibility I have taken care of in my life. I also started dog sitting for friends and family not long after. I have taken care of older dogs who need medication and help with their mobility. Puppies who have been from 1 month to 1 year old, whether it was stopping by afterschool to let them out while potty training or keeping them active. I’ve taken care of dogs from complicated backgrounds who need more time to open up. One of the dogs I regularly take care of was a rescue who didn’t like men and was scared of new people I would spend time with the family in their home so the dog could get used to me before i would take care of him on my own. Understanding a dogs personality and being respectful of their space is always important to learn to establish a connection with a dog. Adapting to their routine makes for an easy transition for both dog and owner. I enjoy caring for dogs and getting to know them, there’s nothing greater then having a dog by your side. I am more compatible with pets who can go a few hours without supervision. Currently I am home for break from college and have most of my schedule free. In the summer when I come back to Boise I work a part time job. So being able to leave for a few hours works the best for me. When taking care of someone else’s pet I always ask as many questions as possible, based on both the pet and owner. Learning their routines, personalities and quirks helps me best adapt to the lifestyle both pet and owner share. When taking care of a pet in their own home being respectful and responsible is a must not only do I have to earn the pets trust but also the owners. I am being trusted with someone’s beloved pet and want to make sure it’s easy for both parties. I have a chiwinne named Dash who is my pride and joy. She loves to lounge in the sun, in warmer weather she will always be outside in our fully fenced backyard where we can see her. She likes to go on a small walk each day and play inside with her toys. Dash would rather stay laying in her bed or the couch all day if she could but we always try to keep her healthy and safe. Being part winner dog she still has a long spine, we always try to make sure she’s careful from not hurting herself.
“Josie S. is a wonderful dog walker that I would highly recommend! She was personable, reliable, and communicated regularly. And she was great with our cairn terrier. Now that we’re back from our vacation, he keeps looking out the window for her. Guess we’ll have to go somewhere soon again so he can get more fun walks from Josie!”

“Dolly loves visiting with Katie, Ben, and their kids. She gets so much love and attention from this wonderful family. We always know Dolly will be well cared for with them.”

“Jazzi took such good care of Finn while I was out of town! She was able to accommodate a very last minute booking and exceeded all my hopes for a dog sitter. She updated me with pictures and I could tell he was loving his time with her and the other pups!”

“My Golden Retriever Murphy had a great vacation staying with Alisa and her family. Alisa is very easy to work with, communicates well, and she leaves daily updates. I felt that Murphy was in good hands while I was gone for a week. Thank you, Alisa.”

“We never worry about Mimi when she is with Benita and family. Mimi is never stressed about going and is always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Thank you, Benita!”

“My giant puppy had a great time with Rich! The property is beautifully set up. My dog came home and was so tired after all the fun he had! Rich had good communication and is knowledgeable about dogs’ needs. Definitely would use him again.”

“Shannon was fantastic with our pug Steve! Her communication was excellent and incredibly quick, she kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. She gave us peace of mind that Steve was in caring hands. Would recommend Shannon to any other dog parents.”
