“Donny is an exceptional sitter and our cats love him and trust me they are a handful and typically not a fan of strangers but Donny and them developed a connection quickly and always sends pictures and provides updates. We won’t use any other sitter on rover. Highly recommend.”

“Shardae has been wonderful for us and our 4 yr old kitty on her first 3 day sleepover with her. She seems to have taken quickly to Shardae’s home. Snuggled up with her when Shardae would sit down. Receiving updates and photos really helped to calm these pet parents and helped us enjoy our vacation. We now knew we made the right choice in choosing Shardae! 😃🐾”

“I would not be able to enjoy a trip unless I knew my two kitties were well-taken care of, and Sami always does that. She followed the detailed instructions on feeders, food portions and mixes, water bowls, play area, toys, and more. My big Bombay is a big chix, but he strolls out to see her when she stops in, because he trusts her.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Kai!!! This is my first experience using Rover as I did not want to put my boys in a kennel while I was away for a few days. Since my pups are a bit senior I wanted them to be in the comfort of their own home. Kai saw my boys twice a day, was consistent and timely and great at communicating with me how everything was going every time he saw them. I was a little nervous initially with allowing someone in my home while I was out of town, but Kai is completely trustworthy and made sure to lock everything up in between his visits. I HIGHLY recommend Kai for taking care of your pet(s) when you have to be away from them :)”

“Pilar truly cared about our cats, and was very attentive to their needs. She was commutative throughout our trip, keeping us updated on how are cats were doing while we were away. She was also respectful of our home and left a tidy house. Our kitties would be happy to see her again in the future!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have taken care of them. I currently have 3 cats and 1 dog. Cats are my favorite animals. Full time Aircraft Maintenance Technician and student pilot at Sling Pilot Academy. I work Sunday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Monday-Thursday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. I typically fly after work 2 times a week between 3-7pm. Looking to make some money on the side to help with my pilot school. I have been caring for animals my whole life. Having many animals has tought me how to take care of them properly and with great care

About: I live with multiple cats and understand their needs well. At home, I have over three litter boxes, four food bowls, and a water fountain to ensure comfort and hygiene. I’ve cared for cats after spay/neuter surgery and have experience giving both oral and topical medication. I’m calm, gentle, and treat every cat like family—whether they need quiet recovery or playful company. I work regular hours on weekdays (7 AM–4 PM) and come home during lunch, so I’m available for morning, midday, and late afternoon visits. I’m home full-time on weekends and can provide flexible care then. I always make time for quality, unhurried attention to your cat’s needs. I owe the 2b2b apartment.I live with multiple cats and understand their needs well. At home, I have over three litter boxes, four food bowls, and a water fountain to ensure comfort and hygiene. About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. My love for them started early and has only grown stronger over the years. I was lucky enough to grow up with two amazing dogs: Max, my loyal and energetic German Shepherd, and Cody, my playful malti-poo. Through them, I learned not only how to care for dogs but also how to understand their unique personalities and needs. They taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and above all, love. Over the past three years, I’ve turned that lifelong passion into experience by dog sitting and walking for family friends and neighbors. Whether it’s a short walk around the block or a jog around the park, I always treat every dog like they’re my own with affection, proper attention, and cared for with responsibility and respect. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments, from tiny terriers to large labs and everything in between. I’m confident in handling energetic puppies, shy rescues, and senior dogs who just need a little extra care. My malti poo is 15 years old so I know a thing or two about senior dogs. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and communicative with pet owners. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities, and I always strive to provide peace of mind for you while giving your pet the love, exercise, and care they deserve. Currently, I’m on summer break and living at home, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I'm free almost every day, so I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine. Whether it's early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening playtime, I have the time and availability to be fully committed to caring for pets. My open schedule allows me to be reliable, responsive, and consistent making sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and love they need. Caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up, I helped take care of my German Shepherd, Max, who was very energetic and needed regular exercise. This experience taught me how to handle larger, active dogs and how important consistency and patience are in pet care. Now, I care for my 15-year-old malti-poo, Cody, who requires a gentler, more attentive approach. With Cody, I’ve learned how to support an older dog’s needs like giving medication, keeping a calm environment, and being mindful of physical limitations. I make sure he’s comfortable, clean, and always gets love and attention throughout the day. Whether I’m in my own home or a client’s, I bring the same level of care, responsibility, and affection. I follow any instructions provided closely, keep the pet’s space clean and safe, and make sure they feel secure and loved. I treat every pet like family and always aim to create a calm, happy environment where they feel cared for and at ease.

About: Having recently quit competitive sports after being a runner for 5 years, I have looked towards walking as my form of exercise and I've come to find it very therapeutic. I love walking, and I love animals, so why not combine both? My dog Spooner gets at least one long walk with me every day since I've been home from college. My summer break gives me very open availability with the flexibility to accommodate your and your pet's needs. I am currently home for the summer until August and have completely open availability. I am flexible and can accommodate your schedule and your needs. Having a dog of my own, I understand that situations can come up in an instant and it can be hard to find the time to give your pet a good walk. I am more than happy to accept same day appointments for dog walks depending on my availability. I have a fenced in backyard with lots of space for pets to run around. My dog Spooner is fed twice a day and taken on one long walk a day. He gets plenty of play time, pets, and attention throughout the day as well.

“Jessica was great! She was very attentive to our cats; they were quite content when we got home. She gave us frequent updates and lots of photos. Thanks Jessica for taking great care of Pepe and Benito!”

“Courtney took care of Taco for 10 days at her place, I am so thankful. She kept me updated and sent photos while I was out of the country. I’ve never left him this long, but she made sure he was given all the cuddles and attention he needed. Definitely recommend her! I will be coming back to her in the future. Thanks again Courtney!!”

“David was great! Fantastic communication and we came home to a clean house and three happy cats”

Walteria cat parents share their Rover experiences
Lauren did a great job taking care of our cat. She came over and did a meet and greet before hand which made us feel so comfortable. Would definitely rehire!

Jo’s great! She’s very patient with my shy kitties and tries to engage them and play with them, while making sure they’re well taken care of! Can’t recommend her enough!

The cats love seeing Stephanie and her updates help me know they're doing well while I'm away! Thank you!

Hunter was very attentive and put my mind at ease leaving our cat alone for the first time. He was nervous and shy, but she was patient and kind

Thank you so much for always taking such good care of our cats. We really appreciate your kind and reliable help every time.

Elika took wonderful care of my cats, as usual! She sent great pictures/updates and made sure they taken care of during a busy Fourth of July weekend.

Victoria was fantastic with our very shy Miso! She took great care of him and it was nice for us to be able to enjoy a vacation, knowing he was in good hands! She let us know how he was doing and sent cute pictures of him. She was very conscientious of his care and I highly recommend Victoria, she is terrific!

I never have to worry about my cats while out of town. Judy does exactly what is agreed on. She's reliable, friendly, and very professional. 2 thumbs up!

Madelynn checked in on our three “kids” 🐈🐈⬛🐈⬛ for 3 days. Everything went well and the “kids” are happy. Madelynn provided good updates and cute pics. Very reliable - she was running late one day and let us know so dinner was a little late but it all worked out well. Look forward to Madelynn doing drop-in visits in the future

Carissa was so great, shes always on time and takes great photos of our cat. Would definitely recommend her!

Absolutely five stars! Jenna took care of our 1-year old cat (that we had just adopted a few months before) while we were away for 8 days. We were very nervous because we also had some emergency construction going on in our house during that time. Jenna not only came, fed, and played with our cat, but she actually bonded so well with our cat! When the construction was finished, she had taken the initiative to move our cat's food and litter box to their original locations (even though we had not asked her to lift and move them), because she said she thought our cat would appreciate going back to her old routine -- we were so grateful and moved by Jenna's caring attitude and the love she showed to our cat. Thank you Jenna!

Michelle wrote a great summary of the check in with my fur babies! Would recommend her to watch your pets!

Nick took care of our feline fur babies, through drop-in visits, and did a very good job. Will certainly use him again.

Courtney is a great communicator and gave amazing updates and clearly loves animals. My cats loved her :)

We highly recommend Jaza for all your pet sitter needs! She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable! Our Miso is shy and scared and Jaza was able to create a trusting bond with him in just a few days! This was the first time we left him and he had an accident the first day from nerves. Jaza went above and beyond to clean and sanitize the area and helped him feel comfortable. Her patience with him helped me feel less anxious about leaving him. We will absolutely have Jaza watch Miso for all future trips. Miso was a happy cat when we returned, thank you Jaza!

Phil was a sweetheart and made sure my kitties were well taken care of during his stay! Would book again, thank you Phil! :)

Alanna was easy to book with, very thorough during visits, and left my place in order. I appreciated her using the Rover card notifying me of start and end times and leaving notes and photos of each visit. My cats were content and well cared for with Alanna. :)

I am so grateful I found Meryl & Robert. I have never left my cats with anyone except family while out of town…I now have a new and wonderful resource and I couldn’t be happier. They took great care of my cats, checked in with me and sent the most adorable photos during their visits. I highly recommend Meryl & Robert if you are in need of loving and responsible care for your furry friends.
