“We boarded our two dogs for the first time with Carrie and her family for an overnight stay. My husband and I could tell right away that they were going to be in great hands. I appreciated the quick responses and the update on how they were doing. We would definitely utilize this amazing family again and feel safe and reassured doing so. Sincerely, The Navarrete Family”

“Was really happy with Reginay and would book with her again. I’m always nervous to leave the babes with someone new, but she took in all my instructions for my very old dog and sent pictures to keep me updated. I felt like they were safe with her. Def recommend.”

“We are so glad we found Anton on Rover. He took great care of our senior dog and sent us many pictures making us feel comfortable knowing that he is well taken cared of. Thanks Anton. MelP.”

“Irina was amazing! This was our first time using Rover or leaving our furry baby with someone so I was a little anxious. But Irina took the time to answer my questions. When we met she was friendly and she kept us updated with pictures throughout our trip. I could tell our Hercules was well cared for in her care. I definitely recommend Irina!”

“Cristal is absolutely amazing. I don’t think my baby even wanted to leave 😅 benji got to make some friends, taken on walks and lots of play time. Cristal sent me pictures and updates the entire time, and I can 100% say me and Benji both were very comfortable and will be back 😄”

“Sabrina did a wonderful job looking after our pup. Our dog was happy and tired out from all the playing. We enthusiastically recommend Sabrina's services and would definitely be happy to work with her again.”

“I just got my fur babies back from Anais’s overnight stay. She was so kind and caring to them! They adjusted well, and I was really happy with how she took care of them and kept me in the loop. “Gao and Lan treated our pups like their own. They gave them free roam of the house and backyard and even let them sleep with them. They sent plenty of pictures to reassure us that our boys were settling in well. We will definitely be bringing them back for our next dog-sit !”

“This was our two dogs first time being away from home. Sujit made it very easy and sent pictures daily. They came back very happy and in the picture they always looked happy. Thank you Sujit for doing such a great job”

“Aki helped me out soooo much when I needed a sitter for a last minute business trip. She was kind enough to setup a meet and greet which helped Rita feel comfortable. Rita really enjoyed the backyard during the meet and greet. She ran directly towards the backyard when we arrived for dropoff. I was running late for dropoff and Aki was very accommodating to the unexpected delay. Rita can be very clingy and does not enjoy being alone. Aki was sweet and very patient with her. She sent me updates and photos throughout the day which I enjoy. Thank you, Aki!”

“Yifang was able to board Todd on short notice. She was friendly and her place was clean and secured. Todd was relaxed even though it was his first time there, and he had a great stay at her home. Yifang kept me updated with pictures and messages! Five stars for her.”

“Wendy made my boys and me comfortable during their stay with her. I never had any concerns and she sent me a pic and vid during their stay. They looked super comfortable and even made a new friend in her own fur baby! Wonton is tuckered out from playing! Thank you again Wendy!”

“Take this with a grain of salt, this was my first boarding experience. Briana, is legendary! With a home dedicated to caring for animals, she provides a loving safe environment for our furry family members. My dog Val was warmly greeted and the hand off was very smooth and comforting. I asked for daily updates and she provided them which brought me so much peace of mind while on a cruise. Val always looked happy and seemed to be besties with the other dogs there. Briana seemed to be in full control and you can tell she's skilled and comfortable in caring for these animals. When I picked Val up, everything was ready to go and she even provided an informative report card! It was awesome! The points on the report card all had a positive spin to them but they still show how your dog handled everything and behaved while you were out. I love Briana for how well she cared for and loved my girlie. Val gave her big loves when we left which is the best sign of the kind of person Briana is. Outstanding”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
