When he first picked Buddy up, our pup was elated, as if he had known Peter forever, even though he had only stayed one night before as a trial. Buddy hopped into Peter’s car with pure joy and never looked back, which gave us so much peace of mind. When Peter brought Buddy back, our dog was thrilled to see us, of course :) but what struck us most was how happy and comfortable he was around Peter too. As a dog parent, that is the best reaction I could ever hope for: knowing my boy felt loved, safe, and genuinely happy while we were away. Peter and his dog, Phoe, are truly the best companions you could ever want for your pup.
