About: I live in the Sacramento Delta in a quiet neighborhood. Great neighborhood for walks and a nice fenced corner lot yard for your pup to run around in. I live with my elderly father who enjoys meeting new doggy friends. 24 hr supervision since I work remotely! I’m an early riser and enjoy morning walks. Your doggy will recieve a good amount of outdoor time and have an active and stimulating day. I’m comfortable with your dog sleeping in bed with me but respect if you prefer them to sleep in a crate. I work remotely so I have no issue staying at your house as well!

Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers a slower pace, I tailor their care to fit their individual needs. I treat every dog like one of my own and strive to provide a safe, enriching, and stress free stay so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'm experienced with dogs of all ages, from young puppies to seniors. Having raised multiple litters, I'm comfortable with puppy routines, potty training, and socialization, while also understanding the patience and attention senior dogs need, including medication administration and mobility support. I am not taking on reactive/aggressive dogs at this time unless they can be kenneled outside of the home. Reach out to discuss. Full time dog boarder and trainer working from home. I provide 24/7 care as if your dog was one of my own. Pickup and drop off hours in morning or evening. Very limited afternoon pickup/drop off availability. 5 acres fully fenced in along with smaller fenced in play yards. Home is air conditioned. Dogs can either exercise on the full property if recall trained or in one of the smaller, 6ft tall play yard areas if they need a smaller enclosed area.

About: I personally have 11 cats in our house and seven dogs. Most of the dogs are 30 pounds or less but we also have a golden retriever and a labrador. I have some experience giving medication but depends on how open your pet is to their meds. I currently work full time hours but have time for overnight stays on the weekends. I also have time for drop in/checkup visits and walks on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after 6pm. On Fridays I have time for drop in visits noon or later. Exact details can be discussed based on location. I only offer services in the comfort of your own home as I have too many animals at my house to make accommodations. Having your pet remain in your home will help them feel more at ease in your absence.

I have a good-sized, secure backyard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time, as well as a public walking path right behind my house for those who enjoy stretching their legs and getting some exercise. I love taking dogs for walks—it’s a great way for them to get fresh air, exercise, and enrichment while keeping them happy and comfortable. I always make sure pets are supervised, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they’re in my home.

“I took an extended/long-distance trip in December and this was the first trip I've ever taken without my cat. I was quite anxious to leave him home alone, especially with the recent passing of his cat sibling. I booked drop-in visits with Rachel and she was great! I really appreciated the time that she spent with my cat. I could tell that she was very attentive and caring toward him. I also loved the selfies/pictures she sent during most of the drop-in visits. I could tell that he was happy having a visitor! Rachel also offered to drop-in on an additional day if my flight was cancelled, which was very kind. About: My experience comes from owning not just dogs (XL-XS) and cats, but many animals in my lifetime. To me, living with these animals is the best way to gain experience. I have also done many house sitting jobs for people with lots of pets, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy doing. To me, the most important thing is establishing trust with your sitter, and I am a guaranteed safe person to trust any animal with. I’m great at reading animal body language and typically do well with all pets. I work at Panera, so my hours are not crazy, and never are usually longer than 4 hours, so pet sitting works great with my schedule. My college is also online so that doesn’t effect my schedule for the most part. In a clients home, it’s important to follow all of the instructions they provide, while also making their pets feel as if the owners never left.

I am currently working Wednesday-Friday 7:30am-4pm, With a small window of availability for short 30min walk on my lunches between 12pm-12:30pm. I am available on my workdays anytime before 730am and anytime after 4pm! In a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and keep things tidy while giving your pet consistent care and companionship. I also provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your dog is happy and well taken care of. During walks and visits, I focus on safety, using secure leashes and staying aware of surroundings, while also making sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and attention. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality and energy level, whether they need active play or a slower, more relaxed pace.

We figured Mei would disappear and give her no chance. But she got her her medicine every day except for the first day. Impressive. Also cleaned up some cat sick. Very happy. And cats seemed very happy.”
