About: I have had pet care experience since the age of 10. I have helped family and friends take care of animals. I have assisted with walking, playing , feeding, loving , etc. I have a strong passion for animals as I own many animals of my own! I currently have 5 cats, and huskey and a tortoise! On my free time I foster with the elk grove animal shelter and help kittens find their forever home. My passion is animals and I love meeting new furry friends everywhere i go. I treat those babies how I would want mine to be treated. I have alot of experience with seniors animals and giving medication as well. I current work full time Monday-Friday. I am available after 5 pm during the weekdays and am usually available on the weekends as needed! I am flexible and able To work around what’s needed I pride myself in taking the most top tier care of all animals. This goes for my own and those I care for. Giving excellent care goes a long way and it shows in our animals. My personal animals are on routines that we stick to. I like to play with them and provide enrichment. I was quite anxious to leave him home alone, especially with the recent passing of his cat sibling. I booked drop-in visits with Rachel and she was great! I really appreciated the time that she spent with my cat. I could tell that she was very attentive and caring toward him. I also loved the selfies/pictures she sent during most of the drop-in visits. I could tell that he was happy having a visitor! Rachel also offered to drop-in on an additional day if my flight was cancelled, which was very kind. And after a long day of traveling, I came home and did not have to throw out any litter/trash, as she had taken care of it already--which I also really appreciated! My priority is keeping your pets comfortable and maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they receive their meals on schedule, fresh water, regular potty breaks, walks, play and enrichment, and plenty of affection and companionship.
