I Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Care Leaving Tonka for the first time was honestly nerve racking, but Naiomie made the entire experience stress free from day one. She sent me updates, photos, and videos throughout every single day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. It quickly became obvious that she wasn’t just watching him, she genuinely cared about him. She took the time to learn his personality, celebrate his milestones, and even pointed out little behaviors that helped me become a better dog owner. She introduced him to her dogs slowly and safely, and before long they were playing together like old friends. Seeing my puppy build confidence, socialize appropriately, and genuinely enjoy himself meant the world to me. She even noticed that Tonka learned to ring the bell when he needed to go outside and made sure to reinforce that behavior. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She kept his bedding clean, cleaned his eyes daily, monitored his potty habits, let me know about behaviors that needed training, and adapted her routine to fit what worked best for him. She didn’t just tell me everything was perfect, she gave me honest updates and thoughtful observations, which I really appreciated. By the end of his stay, it honestly seemed like Tonka had become part of the family. She told me she was sad to see him leave, and I could tell the feeling was mutual. Before our trip we were stressing about finding a right pet sitter. Our 2 chiweenie dogs from the same litter are shy, sensitive to loud environments and one has anxiety. They don't know how to socialize with other dogs nor humans and new people take time for them to adjust to. But to our surprise, on day 2 one dog was comfortably sleeping on Brooke's legs in a picture she sent us. And our other dog with anxiety that hid under furniture for 4 days with a different pet sitter last year, with Brooke he hid under his blanket on her couch and eventually laid with her. We are so thankful for her patience and availability. We will definitely book with her in the future. Thanks again Brooke.
